She licked her lips as she stalked out of the undergrowth of the forest and into a seemingly abandoned civilization. Though the neutral territories proved to be good hunting grounds, Ta’nükk wasn't so sure she wanted to spend all her time in solitude. It did get very lonely, she had to admit. Maybe there would be people here to welcome her into their ranks, even with her rather sour attitude.

The beast raised her head and sniffed the air, not catching the scent of anyone. She slumped down and waited for at least someone. She wasn't sure who, though at this point she didn't care.

REDVOX "VINNY" ABRAMO - cis male - goat-bat hybrid - harbinger

In all honesty, before Vox had reformed the Halls, he had absolutely despised the neutral lands. It always seemed so hostile and unforgiving, and every corner he turned led to an unfamiliar and hostile face. Even the groups had seemed bitter and jaded, with most refusing members if they wouldn't be of any use. It was cruelty at its finest, and that was why Vox had ended up fleeing to The Pitt while the Halls had been disbanded. Sure, the Pitt had also been hostile and unforgiving, but at the very least they protected their own, and it had been a home for him, however temporary. Eventually their way of life had gotten to him, however, and he had ended up back in the neutral lands again, although this time he had led a huge group into the wilds, leading them towards their own sort of promise land in the abandoned wilds society. Still, even though some of the Pitt's ideals disgusted him, it wasn't the people who disgusted him, – for the most part – and he was glad that several had come along with him to this wonderful place they were starting to make home.

Vinny had honestly been... sort of startled by how many people had shown up to the border of the Halls already, and he often found himself walking up and just staring at the newcomer for a moment before seeming to snap out of it, realizing that he was the fucking leader, and he had to at least look like he wasn't a dumbass. Thankfully, when Vox found himself drawn towards the bramble infested scent line of the group – which was getting a bit stale already, he noted – he didn't freeze up this time. Instead, he found himself just giving a toothy smile, glad to hopefully have another member to welcome into the group. Settling back on his hooves as he addressed Ta'nükk, he mumbles in his thick Northern accent, "'Ey there, friend. You here to join the Halls, or are ya just passin' through? 'Cause if so, I'm afraid this is our territory and we don't take kindly ta strangers." He had to make them seem more threatening than they really were, since he didn't really want strangers thinking they were just easy to push around.
