[align=center][div style="max-width: 420px; line-height:120%; font-family: arial; font-size: 8.5pt; text-align: justify; margin-bottom:5px"]Press of points upon legs toned within shadings of blue, small the circular print left as it lifts, touching once more upon the loose grains. Common the sight of such, drawn forth onto what the water had been able to touch upon, reaching forth with foam tipped waves. Left within its wake the small crustacean bares a covering of pale foam, pinchers held aloft. Clear is the differences between this small specimen and those once seen, drawn forth within a night touched with the presence of a storm, broken by the forking tongues of lightning. There is no such extreme within weather left dull in comparison, sunlight touching upon its outer shell.

There is no red upon it rather the tones of it are blue, a bright spot upon the expanse of tan it walks along. So too is the fashion of its movement odd, rather then the scuttle one may expect drawing it along sideways it is moving forward, short steps drawing it along the sands, one amongst a select few permitted such. Momentum stops, pincher moving forth before – loud the cry from the child, the crustacean caught upon their paw where the points of its pincher had sunk into their toes.

Curiosity had done nothing to kill the young feline but offered pain, the sting of it enough they fixed their teeth about it, blunted points useless against the hard shell. A few tugs was enough for CC to give up this futile attempt, allowing it to dangle as eyes narrowed, looking upon the tiny attacker with what may only be called malice. “Bad crab.” Grumbling under their breath they settled heavily upon their hindquarters, the paw upon which it held onto held aloft.

[ the crab in question is a solider crab which is one of few crabs that can move forward ]

Bakugou isn't afraid of crabs. While he knows they pack a mean pinch, he simply as other things to worry himself over. In terms of CCLIV, however, he doesn't think much of the child. He is aware of how they have ignored him before, perhaps upset or not noticing his presence. The young Quartermaster fails to link it with the fact that he had left the island so suddenly that one time to train, eyes drawn to the kitten after their cry in pain. Whiskers twitch, noticing the way they are being attacked by a tiny critter - a crab. The male approaches, hearing their voice - 'bad crab', they had called it. He notices they have been speaking more than usual, or at least more than what he had witnessed at first. When he sees CCLIV, he still remembers the little kitten by the fire, the way the child liked to stay around his fire place. They liked the dangerous warmth. He never understood it but he sees the pain that dresses their face, glancing between the sight of CCLIV and the crustacean which hung to their paw. "Try lowering your paw closer to the shallow water. It might be afraid of falling," Bakugou suggests, wincing a little at the sight of the child's flesh. There was bound to be an injury, maybe even blood after seeing the way they have struggled.

Of course, once the soldier crab lets go, the Quartermaster will retaliate against it for hurting them. He will use sand and fire beneath the crab to propel the crustacean high up into the sky, blasting it away. Should this happen, he will simply smirk in his own amusement as he looks towards the clouds, envisioning the sight of a glistening blue shell and a horrified crab.

[ ooc ] the last little bit will only happen if the crab ever lets go, if not then it can only be imagined as what bakugou plans to do as soon as it does
