what's up everybody ya girl is back with another question

i wanna give my girl lil the ability to grow flowers from her body/wounds on her body, but idk if that would be considered a mutation or if i need a power for that
thnx in advance for answering my second of what is prolly gonna be 100000 questions in here during my BoB Experience™

i know i ain't official beyond being the mascot, but i'd say it's a mutation seeing as she would have no control over the flowers sprouting from her, and her blood being different would be genetic, not magical ;0
