Sirius has two souls that usually work in harmony to drive his body. If a character has aura or soul-detecting powers, they will sense more than one soul in Sirius’ body. Both of the souls have a separate history and personality. Upon first interaction with other characters, Sirius will not tell them about his dual souls, but if he trusts people enough, he will tell them. One soul, the more mild-mannered one, Rainer, is more in tune with spiritual things and typically controls Sirius’ actions, with the second soul, Anatoly being more of a subconscious. When Anatoly gains supreme control over Sirius, his body shifts into a new animal, whereas when Rainer is in control, Sirius stays in mink form, but he may also shift into his own special animal if needed. Sirius should be referred to as he/him, since although the souls may be in discord with each other, they want to be referred to as a single entity to avoid confusion.

BACKGROUND Anatoly Viktorovich Rozovsky (Анатолий Викторович Розовский) is a former WW2 SOVIET SOLDIER who fought in Stalingrad. His mother was Ukrainian (Kharkiv), his father Russian. He was raised in Stalingrad/Volgograd. He was the middle child between an older brother and a younger sister.

DISLIKES Anatoly is extremely distrustful of powerful leaders and has a sort of anarchistic mentality. He is not so easily swayed and has a very independent mind.
SUPREME FORM Anatoly causes Sirius to shift into a five-foot tall black wolf when he gains ultimate control. In this form, he can speak only Russian. English vocabulary and grammar is extremely limited, but may improve if someone is willing to work with him.

BACKGROUND Rainer Kemmerich was a young former WW2 German Wermacht soldier in the 6th Army. He fought at Stalingrad. His hometown is somewhere in Bavaria. He was the eldest and only son of his family. The 6th Army was infamous for its war crimes but Rainer did not participate in them, always finding a way to shy away from it.
CHARACTER Rainer tends to be skittish and is very resourceful. He’s always making sure he has an idea about what the future may be like. He’s kind and generally easy to approach when he feels comfortable. He still holds desperately to his facist beliefs even though he knows deep down inside that the Nazi ideals were wrong, but he doesn’t want to think his life was a waste.

SUPREME FORM Rainer is almost always in control and likes to use the European mink form. However, especially when he is angry or frightened, he will shift into his special form — a traditional golden gryphon. This form is about the size of a lynx. Like Anatoly, the gryphon form can only speak fluent German and some conversational English.
SPECIAL ABILITIES When in gryphon form, Rainer has phoenix powers: can set himself on fire and attack with fire (fire manipulation). However, he must be careful, because Sirius will burn if he shifts into any other form while Rainer’s gryphon form is on fire.

ATTACKING As a European mink, there’s not much he can do. If the character is a rat or frog, they’d be easy prey. Sirius attacks by hitting small weak points when he’s a mink, and aggravating his opponent by crawling all over them. When as a wolf, he fights aggressively and won’t stop until his opponent yields or is killed, or he is killed. He is most aggressive in the wolf form. As an eagle, he fights with fire and also uses that form to fly away from danger he cannot beat. Sirius only uses weapons (daggers) when he is a mink or eagle.
