Flashbacks of seeing her cinnamon hued paws bind wounds and pick various herbs had been drifting in and out of her head for moons, and with each one, the treatment they depicted stayed in her memory. Marigold, catmint, lavender, sage, witch hazel - all were medicines that she shouldn't know how to use, but she somehow did. If someone asked her where she learned all that she knew...Clove didn't know how she could answer.

Rather than immediately finding it amusing, Clove decided she wanted to know why someone even could be afraid of something so...unscary.
