Perhaps with the changes going on mentally, she should've expected some physically, yet Thea was unprepared, not noticing the fact she was in a much frailer body now as she slid out of her bed, until she hit the floor on very shaky legs, taking a few moments before she could stand up properly.
She knew this feeling well, with each body she had it had always been a struggle to walk at first, and she wasn't going to get started on flying, and she took a few tenative steps before she felt comfortable enough to make her way towards the mirror, curious.
Thea was met with the image of a silvery, almost white kitsune, the sleek and thin body almost repulsing her at first, and she immediately felt out of place, with the extra tails to trip her up, long pointed ears, and narrow eyes, and she was sorely tempted to change back, to that familiar leopard form she had spent all her life in, when she realized something.
That leopard form carried more weight, not physically, but emotionally. Every time she looked in the mirror, what she saw? Was only the old Thea, covered in blood, grinning. And that had made her absolutely miserable to look at.
The necklace which held her beads hung loosely around her neck, almost to her legs, and she carefully set out of her room, determined to find something such as a blade to shorten it, and nearly tripping multiple times, whether on her own tails, or on her necklace.
//rushed and tired but she's a silver kitsune now just because
