Recently it has come to staff's attention again that inactivity notes are being posted in official discord servers. While you're free to post an inactivity notice in a channel on a discord server, we highly recommend you also post your inactivity note on site first! As there might be a possibility when a staff member is not apart of that certain server, meaning staff wouldn't see the inactivity note, furthermore causing confusion. To make our job more easy and fair to members, this is why we recommend to post inactivity notes on site before discord, in case we ever have to step in.
