SPECIES[b] dinosaur—breed velociraptor [b]DESCRIPTION[b] hazel is a raptor, equipped with long claws on her forelimbs and one single larger claw on her back feet. as she is a baby, she is still small and therefore not perceived as a threat by most. her scales are a muddy brown color with a band of darker brown running across her shoulders, which is where her namesake came from. her eyes are a coppery orange color and are always filled with curiosity, as with most youth. —accessories no accessories —smells like raw meat, the desert, and possibly a bit of drool. —scars hazel has a tiny puncture scar on the top of her head. —injuries currently recovering from hypothermia from previous life. [b]BODY LANGUAGE[b] hazel uses lots of noises and things for communication, unless she has a bond with somebody to relay small messages to. she is pretty easy to read, lips pulled back in a snarl is usually her first go to when she's angry. purrs and chirps are peaceful/loving actions. —posture hazel tends to stand upright and straight most of the time, but when she's in a bad mood, she'll sulk and keep herself lower to the ground. DESCRIPTION[b] hazel is definitely a baby. she is playful and inquisitive, always getting herself into trouble and being in every single place where she is not allowed. being a raptor, there are times where she can be destructive, especially in the dreaded teething phase. if you thought that babies were all smiles and giggles, hazel will turn that notion on its head. she is moody and can become agitated in a heartbeat, going from chirpy and excitable to downright mean and angry. intelligent - inquisitive - adventurous - playful loyal - childlike - cunning - protective —interests playing, snacking, biting literally everything.
