Atbash was wide awake that night, mostly because of her thoughts swarming her, preventing her from getting any sleep. The new Chief decided on stretching out her legs and made her way out of her cabin, only to look up at the night sky and see it alive with color. The lights were multiple colors, moving slowly in an hypnotic way. The Dancing Lights! Atbash exclaimed to herself mentally, recalling a time she read about the Dancing Lights - or Aurora Borealis, and a tradition that related to the lights. "Everyone!" Atbash yelled, wanting to alert everyone of this rare occurance. "The Dancing Lights are here!" God, she couldn't help but be excited! They were just so beautiful!

The tradition she had read about was the Snowbound hosted a grand festival to celebrate the lights, and the Chief quickly got to work as hard as she could. She had to get things done by sunrise, but of course she would let everybody else enjoy the show. They had a right to; she was their Chief, after all, she was the one who was supposed to be doing the hard work around here.

Izuku hadn't been there for the last Dancing Lights Festival, unfortunately. He'd been a member, he just .. hadn't wanted to go. And then he apparently missed a whole thing with their ancestors or whatever which was just great. But, today, Izuku is feeling .. pretty okay. Not good, and he'd definitely thrown up earlier, but good enough to participate. So, upon hearing Atbash's cry, Izuku blinks wearily. He hadn't been asleep, just as always, and his head wasn't doing great with all of the reading anyways. He could stand a break, surely? So Izuku pulls himself to his paws and makes to follow Atbash out with a bright grin.
"Pretty," Izuku offers softly, a little grin on his maw. His voice is just a touch hoarse but he seems content enough to seat himself for a while to just .. watch. The colors hurt just a little, but he likes seeing them. Though, he should probably host something for this soon, huh? Well .. he might as well go do that, then. It's not like he can't watch them when he has a break. So with this, Izuku stands up and walks to where he'll set everything up, considering his options. What should he host? There were a lot of things, and none of them quite fit. But he had ideas, at least, and he should probably get to 'em till everyone else Atbash was inviting appeared.

Tsuyu didn't understand parties very well, but when she was at UA, the noise there was pretty hard not to tune out. She was usually sucked into the parties, forced to babysit the others who just couldn't seem to behave. Bakugo was a great example.

The frog-minx hybrid made her way over to the festival, head tilting to the side as he tongue lolled out of her mouth, wrapping around her neck similar to a snake. It was weird, she usually scared off the creatures here with her tongue. Was it that unusual to see someone with a long tongue?

"Atbash, Midoriya-san." Tsuyu greeted the two happily, her cute little smile being shown for once. She was usually seen with an almost confused facial expression, but in reality it was just her in thought or watching silently. "What is this all about? Is it some special festival Snowbound celebrates?"
