Unwatch a thread??

Okay, I know Orion posted an announcement on this and described how to unwatch a thread but I? For the life of me? Can not figure out how to do it?

I've tried to unwatch them from the 'Recent Unread Topics" page by using the + button there and I've also tried by going to the thread itself and pressing the + button there but I can't find the option to unwatch the thread? There's a "Notify" option but that doesn't unwatch the thread, y'know?

ANYWAYS I'm.... Tired and a lil' bit stupid so like? Pleas explain it to me, thanks. :')

As of right now, SMF 2.0 does not have this feature installed. Their beta version of 2.1 does, but in the meantime, we can suffice by using this method:
Head to your updated topics and click on the checkboxes of whatever topics you'd like to remove. When finished, they should be removed.
If you would like to be subscribed to them again, you must head to your profile > modify profile > ignore topics options and un-ignore them.
Here is the modification we use in the meantime.

Hopefully once 2.1 comes out of beta, this will be easier on us. In the meantime, this is the best we can offer.

I can't seem to find any checkboxes though? I've gone to both Recent Unread Topics and Updated Topics, but neither of them has checkboxes. I looked at the mod images and I've got the icon to take you to the last post and "Mark all messages as read" but none of the other options relating to checkboxes.

I also went to Ignore Topics Option and I can't add any topics to ignore from there. :^)

It seems that this is a problem. Welp. Looks like I'll be figuring this out.

You have...
A) The permissions to do so(as do all regular members).
And...
B) The modification is enabled.
So there's something we're not seeing. Let me experiment here and there. If it's a glitch in the system, I will let you know and try to fix it. Apologies, Vixem.

It works on this account and my Frederick/Dog account, but as for my other subaccounts, no. So it's not just a you thing. I'll be on this right away.

Ah, okay! I'm partially releaved that it's not just me messing things up with my settings, haha. I also checked my subaccounts and none of them has the checkboxes (though, three of them didn't have any Unread Topics).

I don't know the first thing about how mods on this site work, but could it possible that the mod you're using is outdated? perhaps you need to update it or the mod itself isn't suited for the current forum version. Idk... I can't really think of anything else. You could try messaging the mod author if you can't figure out what's causing this all, too.

Don't worry, it seems to be a problem with others too. Not sure what the correlation is yet with the glitch, but I'm still looking!

Could be that... actually, most likely that. Even so, I'm going to double check and see what other options we could do!
