Minthew had been born to loving parents. He had been sheltered by Boots from the chaos. He was safe in his home. Tucked away in mothers bed. He missed father and older siblings, and his uncle. He had no idea he had cousins or anything else. He was sheltered with his litter.

But Boots could not be there all the time and today he escaped his home. He stepped into the world and found nothing. It was big and the city seemed empty. His home seemed boring. So what had him locked away? He had no clue. Yet the kid looked about with wide eyes.

Clearly wondering what was out there.
