words swirling past her ears day in and day out. a rumor spreading like wildfire in their own home. she never heard more than a word or two as they always seemed to hush when she drew near. strange as that sounded to most, she just never paid it any mind. that was until she heard the rumor in person.
she cornered him.
the npc that spoke rumors and always talked to others when she was not here. the woman was not angry, but she was curious about this so called rumor. she wanted to hear it all, as the part she caught was simply her name and then something about pups. two things that did not go together a she never mentioned her past litter to a soul.
he cracked under the pressure.
she pried into him and his words only to hear this rumor. it was hysterical, really. the rumor spread was about a pregnancy and she could have laughed out of her own fur then and there. spinning in a circle, she would show off that thing figure. this says pregnant to you how?
a simply question from a bitterly amused girl. she was not expecting. before she could ask who they thought her supposed litter was with, the npc bolted and she found herself alone. head tilting and eyes rolling slightly. oh well, that should stop that rumor. well, she hoped anyways.
