Nostrils flared, lips peeled back, and saliva dripped from the jaws of the giant creature. Their pair of pseudo eyes glowed though they mainly relied on their sense of smell, they could feel the spikes on their spine rising slowly as he breathed slowly through sharp yet messily aligned teeth that lay upon their gums. A hiss escaped the large beast as he made his way through the territory, his long rabbit-like ears perked forward as to pick up any noises that could lead them to their next meal. HUNGRY. KM19 thought to himself picking up the pace moving swiftly through the night, his large talon-like claws clicking occasionally on a few smooth, cool rocks mainly to feel around for possible ledges. His tail lashed to the sides only to growl immediately with interest picking up the scent of fear, his head swung in the direction of the scent "WE EAT TONIGHT." They breathed into the cold air their breath becoming a small plume of white, he shook his head temporarily soon moving forward in the direction of the obviously terrified creature. His hearing was very much more enhanced than most animals, he supposed that he could be grateful to the petty, damned humans for these abilities of his. "YOU SMELL WONDERFUL. WE LOVE IT WHEN OUR PREY SMELLS OF FEAR, IT MAKES THE HUNT MORE ENTICING. FUNNER FOR US, WE DO NOT KNOW IF IT IS THE SAME FOR YOU. PREY," He listened to the hitched yet rapid breathing and not much longer, the animal was already running off.
Badump. Badump. Badump.
"IF ONLY YOU STOOD A CHANCE." He spoke with a laugh erupting from his slightly parted jaws, a barbed tongue slithering out from powerful jaws much like those serpents summoned from baskets by a flute. Deadly saliva dripped from the beast's tongue as the muscle would curl a bit, the hybrid moved forward without much hesitance following after the canid creature. "TRY AND HIDE, WE DARE YOU. YOU CAN HIDE BUT WE WILL FIND YOU," He said with an amused purr-like rumble as he slithered forward enjoying this game of hide and seek, little did the lupine know was that his hearing and smell was at its peak. That and his special ability. He would give them false security as he found another way to go in an attempt to surprise the miserable soon-to-be brunch of his. KM19, no, Kliment could pick up the smell of trees, water, and picked up several noises that made his ears twitch in slight irritation yet they were locked onto their prey. It didn't take Kliment long to pinpoint their location and once he did, with a swift movement of his tail they would pierce it through the canid creatures stomach hearing them let out a yelp. One last yelp.
"WE ARE IN GRATITUDE FOR THAT GAME YOU PROVIDED US," He rumbled, his Russian accent strong ad he proceeded to mutter something under his breath in his native tongue. He pulled his tail close to his body smacking it once onto the ground until he heard the body slam onto the ground harshly. The eyeless beast felt a twisted grin etching itself onto his face, he lowered his head until his nostrils brushed against the wound taking in the metallic smell. His tongue slowly slithered from his jaws only to pierce into the stomach wound, the barbed muscle would return to its cavern of teeth with the roof of Kliment's mouth salivating. Toxic saliva that could kill someone in a few hours and if that didn't do the trick well, he had another surprise hidden in that mouth of his. He licked his victim over a few times marking it as his own. No one would be idiotic enough to eat something that was now poisonous to someone else that wasn't the hellhound hybrid. His tongue wrapped around the body and drew it near, his jaws unhinged as he began to engulf his kill and swallow them whole.
A rumble escaped him. He sniffed one of the trees nearby only to lift up his claws and drag it against the bark until he could scent tree sap. He was not alone. He was no longer in an unclaimed land though he felt no need to have a sense of fear, no, the hellhound needn't be afraid of whatever was to come.
