Items & Powers question

Hey so I was wondering if an item, when worn, could give the users powers? It’s for plots, mostly and like the people would still need to buy the powers (I get that), but ICly, could the object be how they get the powers

It's been done before, and a power is a power and it gives a different reason they have it, and makes it so they can't use it possibly without it, so it's pretty cool.

Again, it'd be best to wait for staff just in case, but it shouldn't be an issue

I’m going to quickly note that since this was allowed, the power is not transferable through users. If it is to be used between several characters, all roleplayers must attain the power individually + address this.
