Despite all of her attempts to kill Kirishima, the canine still cared for her, still had that look of regret and pity in his eyes that Tsuyu hated so fucking much she couldn't take it. It made something snap inside of her, and Tsuyu wanted nothing more than to strangle Kirishima herself. She would, and that was something she was determined to do.
After she helped Shigaraki destroy the one person he hated most: All Might. She didn't want to fight Izuku, she was terrified of his electricity manipulation, the trauma of her death still haunting her, leaving her with the deathly fear of storms or electricity in general. It was her biggest weakness.
With a nod, Tsuyu understood the meaning of this. Gather pawns, use them for his mission, and then conquer. Tsu wouldn't complain as long as his eyes stayed on her. Only her. He couldn't be stolen away by anyone. He was hers now, and it was pretty gruesome to know just what she would do for this man now that he had laid claim to her. Maybe he didn't feel romantic pull towards Tsu, but she didn't care. He could use her as he pleased, she was his tool now. He gave her life purpose, a job to do, and Tsuyu was forever greatful for that.
