Okay, she was supposed to hand out some weekly tasks. She wasn't going to be very good at this was she? Mira's shaky paws lead her to the center of the town until she stopped herself. The serval stood there for a while in complete silence. There was no way she'd ever be ready to have a bunch of people coming up to her. Still, this is what she got for agreeing to actually take care of the tasks. Deep down, she knew she was just trying to get better at talking to people. That didn't stop her from silently cursing herself for making such a leap. Her attention had snapped back to reality soon enough. How long had she been standing there? Gosh, she probably looked like a freak. "H-hey!" she called out, surprisingly loudly, "come over here if you want a task!"

A task...? Oh, like those “weekly tasks” or whatever they called them. He’d seen them back in Snowbound, and had even taken a few himself. They were minor things to do, and nothing too serious. So, if he chose not to do it, then it wasn’t a big deal, right? No one was going to force him to do something that he didn’t want to do.

It was worth giving it a shot, right? Couldn’t hurt. Besides, he had nothing better to do. The tuxedo tom made his way over and said, “Try not to gimme anything stupid; alright, sweetheart?” Jerseyboy wanted an exciting task, not a humiliating one.

Weekly tasks - had these been in the clan as of yet? He could've sworn he hadn't encountered them, but then again he was the one who had lurked in a hole for an amount of time that was way too long for anybody to not interact with someone, especially in a clan like this. Long enough, apparently, to miss the weekly tasks for all the weeks he'd been here. How odd.  "Will take task," he grumbled out, crawling over to stand next to Vigenere. He hoped Mira wouldn't mind his presence at all - she was one of them who seemed more prone to freaking out over the existence of a large talking spider, which was a shame, as it always was when someone freaked out about him. He missed when he could just make people calm, to be frank, or at least try to make them calm. That would have to wait, though.

Hopefully his memory was incorrect and Mira was not even vaguely arachnophobic, but he wasn't going to count on that.

Weekly tasks? Like jobs? Sure. Leroy definitely had room for this type of stuff. Strutting over towards the nervous Mirabella, pausing once he was alongside a few of his clanmates. "Sauce one ova’ to me, will ya?" he queried, unable to finish his sentence with a phrase like “darling” or “sweetheart”, for there was a wise-guy who beat him to it. You snooze you lose.

once upon a time, stocking despised tasks. She was by no means, a lazy girl, but she was born with an ornate sense of rebellion and dislike for tasks or orders of any sort doled out upon her.

But. Tasks were better than nothing.

The confines of her cabin had gotten sufocating. She longed to do something beyond welcoming joiners and venturing out into the woods to find something to feed plip with.

Yawn stretched across her face, revealing tiny pearly fangs, stocking stepped over. "Here I am," came the tinge of her lackluster voice, dragging dark cyan eyes across mirabella's frame. "I'll be taking one."

Oh, this was a huge group. Mira expected this, but why did she feel so unprepared? It didn't help that there was a giant spider in the mix. Although, she knew that Abathur was plenty nice, despite his terrifying appearance. Fighting to urge to panic and run away from the situation, she stayed put. It'd be rude to run off, and she promised she'd take care of the tasks. "U-uhm, alright. Jerseyboy, c-could you set up a sparring competition?" she suggested, obviously thrown off by the 'sweetheart' statement and the pressure to not give him something lame. Hopefully she was doing this right, "Vigenere, please set up an arts and crafts activity." she turned towards Abathur next, pushing back as much anxiety as she could. She didn't want to be disrespectful. "Could you set up a game, Abathur? It can be whatever you like." Alright, that was half of the group down. She just needed to power through this and get everyone else done. "Leroy, could you cook something to share with the clan? It doesn't matter what it is. A-and, Ophelia! please set up a scavenger hunt." Okay, she was almost done. Mira seemed to have relaxed a bit between when she started speaking and where she was now. Still, she could feel her heart beating in her chest, due to her nerves. "Oh, uh, could you maybe set up a movie night, Stocking?" Mira just hoped that her tasks weren't boring to anyone. She honestly had no idea how she'd react if that was the case.

leonidas' overall demeanor would be viewed by others as a smug, insensitive, merciless bastard who's not going to take many serious matters seriously since it amuses him to see how fragile mortals can be. he's also quite the peculiar individual when it comes to finding things to do in his spare time in case he gets "too bored" with the current flow in the world. he'll find damn near anything to pass his time, so people may find him "weird" for being different than what's "normal" for them. despite that, he gets a kick out of doing a lot of mortal things and will be very enthusiastic about participating. he's not serious about a lot of things that may occur in an individual's life, taking it as a joke most of the time once again due to this thing known as "emotions" - despite him secretly having some himself [depends on how close he may be able to get to others conflicting with his past]. leonidas always has a kick out of starting and or being involved in conflict since that's part of his main source of entertainment. scarce it is when he gets "serious" in any fight. he may even be viewed as a sadist, since he loves overpowering foes and belittle them for their weakness. when it comes to "making friends" he'll only see them as individuals with a potential purpose until they have either proven their usefulness and or failed to impress him. a harsher interaction is with the individual who he becomes mates with. if they do not always have his back as his partner in crime, he will not hesitate to throw them aside and find another individual who would be more willing to follow his path. he is also a sucker for any and all kinds of pain hah. it's not like he's going to die for good anyway.
