He watched each of their reactions and blinked, unfazed. He stopped caring a long time ago, when he had seen the many things life had to offer, and what life could take. It would be pointless to fret anymore, really. When Kydobi spoke, he listened, but said nothing. He had already introduced himself and if he said anything more about his comments, he would surely get attacked. Volatiletimes was not here to fight. At least, not right now.
The green maine coon turned his attention back to Jervis once the fox began to speak again, and chuckled. "My apologies. I'll keep in mind not to interrupt next time, o' gracious leader." He said, placing a paw on his chest. "You have my word." His word didn't mean anything, but whatever.

The ardent could not sense their sarcasm. Oblivious, Jervis just nodded along with their words. Being too delved into his own world had it's downsides, sadly. "Perhaps it's in your best interest of not knowing," he lightly prodded back. A genuine smile met his lips. "I don't want to get my hands dirty in the first place unless I have to." Appearances were everything.

"What would you like to know about us?" he'd continue on. "Or perhaps one of us could give you a tour around the place?" Notably not himself though. Tending to peasant work wasn't his job... Unless it was somehow forced upon him.
