What it was she didn’t know, her mind didn’t really grasp that word super well. Fight sounded a lot like flight though! Maybe it had just been an erred word, and she would be learning how to fly on the beach! That would be delightful, although the dragon doubted such as there wasn’t exactly lots of perches on the shore.

The walk here had been tiring. The young dragon had been incredibly tired as of late. When she arrived she plopped herself down in the sand, and grumbled at the plume of dust that was created by the motion. Sanzu sneezed, and clawed at the grains in amusement. “Ve’y smallah,” the young dragon observed. Her tail swished behind her: her attention would be held long enough for the other to arrive.

— a small, 4 month old, foot and a half tall dragon. She is essentially monochromed in shades of greens. Yellow horns curl back from this hatchling's head and slope upwards. Her snout ends in something akin to a beak, allowing for her to crack into shelled fruits and vegetables. A singular spike sticks out from between her snout and the end of her mouth. Large ears allow for this tiny dragon to hear with ease. The ends of her ears have deeper green tufts on them. Her deep green wings are small, and will take time to grow in. Her grey eyes are broken by the red coloration of her iris. Her sharp teeth part to reveal a glowing green tongue. Her talons in the front are sharp as needles, while her hind feet have more thicker claws. Her tail is long and prehensile and allows for her whole body to be suspended by such alone. A line of scales go alongside each sides of her throat. A row of scales descends from the back of her head to the end of her tail, which ends with a tuft of bright yellow fur. Her chest has a row of bent spikes that descend down to her stomach, where they then turn to tiny nubs.

watching the dragonet approach and flop into the sand, kade's gaze grew amused, the smith limping from her spot by the water, "hello, dear child. how do you fare?", her voice was warm yet rough, the scars upon her throat being the culprit. lowering herself to sit beside her in the warm sands, the tigress would roll onto her back, soaking up the sun.

her fur was drying, indicating a dip into the ocean that laid before them. Yawning, she rolled over once more, "child, do you know what a fight is? or a disagreement?"

She rolled over herself, a few times to get back onto her feet. Her long tail stirred up and flung sand about behind her- the dragon not used to how the grains of sand were affected by her erratic and childish movements. "I'msa good. Little hung'y, fis it laterer."

Her head then tilted at the second question, and her raid eyes furrowed in thought. Fight? So it hadn't been an er of speech? It wasn't a concept that the small dragon was familiar with. Disagreement was an equally long word, and it confused her as well. Sanzu shook her head: no, the dragon did not know what fights nor disagreements were. "I knows what flight issa though!" She happily chattered, a delighted and vigorous nod of her head following.

The tigress couldn't help but laugh gently, her gaze warm, "do you eat fish, my dear? i can catch some for you." she hummed before flicking her own tail, observing her flopping movements.

yawning softly she groaned, muscles tensing as she stretched, "lets get you some food and then ill teach you a few tricks, okay? well, fighting is different from flying. in fighting you gotta use your whole body, similar to flying, but you gotta use your claws to protect yourself. that means you're almost hunting the person who is out to hurt you. im just teaching you kn case someone picks on you and bullies you with their claws and teeth, okay?"

Her forked tongue flickered from her maw as she gave a delighted bounce. “Oh! Yes, yes, I really like fishbies!” Sanzu happily declared as her long tail wagged behind her. Her gaze moved to the other’s flicking tail, and the wagging of her tail slowed down in order to try to mimic the other’s tail movements.

The small dragon’s movements stopped when Kade again spoke. “Huntin’ people..? Wouldn’ that hurts? Hurts isn’ sa good,” she muttered quietly, her ears twitching a little. But Kade had said it was if someone was hurting her first. The dragon had never been harmed, physically nor mentally. Where she came from was peaceful, there was no violence. Claws were used to climb and teeth were for eating. The concept of using them for anything other than such was bewildering. “Issa don’ wanna get someone elsuh’s claws ‘n teefes,” Sanzu muttered, her head lowering as she spoke. Her feet began kneading at the sand, gaze scanning the grains. She couldn’t quite grasp the concept- and all the while her mind was still associating fighting with flying, and her tongue flickered forth again. The air was very strange, the young dragon noted. She couldn’t tell what it smelt like, and tasted like as well. It changed her downcast expression to befuddled, and her needle like teeth clicked together in a chatter.
