The egg was comfortable, warm, and safe now. The child growing inside knew it was time to come out now, because warmth meant safety, right? It was instinct, anyways. The strangle marbled blue egg started to twitch and move around as the baby inside tried to break out. It was kind of hard, considering how thick the shell was, so chances of the baby going straight to sleep as soon as it broke out of the egg were high, considering how tired it will be after it does break out.

    [div style="width: 450px; line-height: 12px; text-align: justify; font-family: georgia; font-size: 8pt;"]— shouldn't have done it now there's blood in the water
The subtle sounds of life.  Movement.  Cracking.  A blink of surprised eyes, ear flicking.  The feathered vulpine paused, attentive.  "I think someone's ready to come out," the Irishman calls, tail swaying.  A curiousity.  He wondered what sort of creature would emerge.

Watching eggs was instinct so the raptor had done her best to help, jumping up from where she had been when she heard the egg was hatching, skidding to a stop beside Seamus to look. With an egg that large? It would be a fairly big baby but she also knew hatching was exhausting, another instinct bubbling up inside of her urging the raptor to stand in front of the egg. Looking around it, the raptor tried scanning for any pieces that had been cracked completely so maybe she could help the baby out by removing them so the hatchling didn't have to push as hard. If she tried to crack the egg herself? Sharp teeth could hurt the baby, but if she used her front claws or slender teeth to carefully pry away what the baby had already broken, he may be able to stay awake for a little after hatching and see the great world! If she could find any parts of where he was trying to break through that fit the bill.

    Adjective

    1. Sounds of cracks and shifts weaves through Fate's strings—a song of one's Beginning. Does it bring forth into the black world with the waves crashing nearby and the birds chirping above.

    2. The song is soft. The song is calm. The song is a reminder that nothing lasts forever.

    3. ( Cherish it. )

    4. There, where Axcio remains, it was relaxing under the shade. Only to sense a few bodies moving towards something oval—an egg—as the charred reality snaps and twists from its still presence.

    5. Glance crafted from stars follows after the familiar sounds, soon, it pads over to where the rest of the wondering minds are and halts beside Séamus. Gray eyes burns before the egg, head raises slightly.

    6. Silence is all Axcio has to offer, even when there is a melody lodged in its throat. Though, its presence is louder. Offering silent prayers no winds can give too tenderly and too softly.

    7. May the newborn reach for the light, and the light does not bite.

    "Is that an egg?"

Owen's voice was soft as the I-Rex limped over carefully, his steps barely rattling the ground under his hundreds of pounds of weight- It was more balanced now, with the exception of the slight shaky movement in his shoulder from Masie's injury she had inflicted on him- however well deserved it was.

The last time he had seen an egg was when Masie was found- it brought back a strange sense of nostalgia that had Owen smiling just a little bit as he slowly slid his body onto the ground to lay still, his head laying on the ground so breaths of air left his nostrils, grazing over the grass not too far from the egg.

He just hoped the egg would hatch healthily.

The egg wobbled more and the cracks spread, before a small and skinny clawed hand poked free before going back in. A head then forced its way through, the creature finally revealing itself to be... odd, to say the least. Its draconic and insectoid appearance made it seem like a hybrid of sorts. it slithered out of its egg and squirmed on the ground, mewling pitifully as its rolled onto its back (and ultimately, revealing it was a boy) and waved its four arms around, its hind legs staying worryingly still as the newborn cried.

However, it stopped crying and opened its glassy yellow eyes, staring straight at Goldie. It babbled and rolled onto its belly, dragging itself over to Goldie and making excited little noises.
