Hewwo guys!! So I have Buckingham over in Sunhaven, an allying clan to Ascendants, and he used to be an assassin. Bucky has murdered countless people, and eventually as the months went by, the amount of guilt was too heavy for him to ignore anymore. So he decided to leave his violent based home, with the intentions of starting a new life, a second chance.
But unfortunately, that cannot always work out.
So here's my little idea:
Y/C knows of Buckingham, they heard stories of him being a notorious assassin- known as the Winter Soldier/the Asset. They know Buckingham is dangerous, and don't know Bucky is trying to change himself. I think it'd be neat if either Y/C had a bad past with Bucky(like Bucky trying to kill Y/C as the asset and they inflicted damage & trauma to Y/C) or a close friend/partner/relative was murdered or inflicted pain by him. Because of this, Y/C is not a fan of Bucky at all, and doesn't think he should live peacefully after all he's done.
So, Y/C decides to accuse Bucky of murder.
Y/C doesn't have to commit the murder themselves if you don't want them to! Instead they could hire an npc assassin, who could have been told to cover themselves in Sunhaven's scent before going through with the job. If Y/C commits it themselves, they can claim they saw Bucky escaping the scene and that he washed away his Sunhaven scent in a stream before 'killing' the victim.
To make it look like Bucky committed the murder even more, Y/C can plant some chestnut and cream fur neat the victim- which are the primary colors of Bucky. The scent of the patches of fur could be drowned out by the scent of the blood from the victim, and can be a little stained by the blood too.
When the murder is investigated, it's Y/C who insists it's Bucky- backing it up with the 'evidence' provided. The victim of the murder is my Ascendants character- Roy Mustang. His death will only be temporary, he'll stay dead for the duration of the plot. He'll come back to life(with a plot of his own) once Bucky's name is cleared.
Is anyone interested?? ;o; I thought this would be a little fun plot that can bring a little drama to both groups and can bring Bucky's past into the light, which he wanted to keep away from his new clanmates.
Also if you don't want Y/C to be discovered as the real culprit, the murder can remain a mystery. Like both clans know Bucky isn't the murderer at the end, but can't find the ties to the actual murderer. When Roy comes back to life, the attack can be a blurred memory if it's Y/C and not a npc assassin.
