The woman of shadows and sorrows moved through the sands silently. Paws carrying her towards her home with a basket in her jaws. She hobbled along at a steady pace. As if her leg was still there and she wasn't bothered at all. It had taken some time, but she was over her struggles with her leg and most of her inner demons. Most of them, anyways.
She stopped outside her home to set the basket down. Looking down at the king cobra inside it. She had been keeping Tiku away from the group. Mainly for fear someone might kill him or be afraid of him. Now, though, she was not going to hide anything else.
She had a right to love her pet and herself. Wasn't that the point of the matter? Jor and Devildog taught her that. She rather enjoyed their company. Not as much as her sisters, though. She missed her again and wondered if her injuries were to hard for her still. She tried to visit and was turned away by the healers. She understood the reason behind this. She couldn't lie about that. Yet, she wondered if she should ty again. Sighing silently the woman would feel the coils of her pet wrapping about her small frame. The massive ten foot beast was heavy, but she was stronger than she looked. So, she sat down and purred. Letting her pet rub its face upon her own muzzle.
Tiku always took away her stress and worry. For that, she was grateful. Even if others might see this scene and be concerned. She was not.
She trusted him.
