100 OC QUESTION CHALLENGE (prizes closed)

Hi! This is super informal but I got an idea. I often do little 100 question challenges for my story ocs to see if i know their personality well. In order to be able to write a character well, you have to be able to see, think and breath through their body. Exercises like these help authors take steps in their characters' shoes to learn how they think and react to different scenarios and ordeals.

For a limited time (aka until i get overwhelmed), if you copy and paste the forum I've made below and answered all 100 questions about a OC of yours, I'll draw a picture of them for you! And if we ever get custom badges, I'll reward you a "i passed the 100 question challenge" button! Or maybe ill award you an honorary one. Lol c:

Rules:
- All questions must be answered. Duh
- Refs are needed at the bottom of your finished questionnaire. Please do not link me to tags. Its a pet peeve of mine, sorry :c
- Animal ocs only for the art. I cant draw people... I encourage you to do this for human ocs, as well, though!
- Feel free to do these questions IC or OOC. Whichever is better for you.

I'll be doing this IC as one of my story characters, Ace.

Part 1: The Basics

"My name is Ace of Diamonds. People just call me Ace, though."

2) Where and when were you born?
"Umm... That's not really an easy question... I wasn't born per say. I woke up on WaterWelle Isle, though. Beautiful town."

3) Who are/were your parents? (Know their names, occupations, personalities, etc.)
"... Remember when I said I wasn't really born? Hahah.....ehhhh....."

4) Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like?
"... I guess Jack is a sibling? Or... my ... love interest? We've got a complicated relationship. He's great though! I don't go anywhere without him. He's the bread to my butter. The apple to my pie. The yin to my yang. Yeah! hahaa.. love that guy."

5) Where do you live now, and with whom? Describe the place and the person/people.
"Well. Jack obviously. I also live with my three dogs, Millie, Clair and Toby, along with my two polies, Kailey and Synthesis. They're all really great. We all live in this cute little town named Clifside. Y'know like... cliff side? But it's missing an F? It's this great little town thats on a cliff side, big surprise there, overlooking this beautiful white sand beach. A perfect place to live, if you ask me."

6) What is your occupation?
"I self manage a juice shop. It started because i wanted to feed the polies in the Evergrove but then people wanted a taste too. It became such a handful I had to start charging to keep our funds up, hah! Luckily people understood and thats how the juice shop started. It's a fun place to work. Gives me something to do everyday."

"Weeeelll. Im about four feet tall. I'm red. I have spiky hair that Jack constantly complains is unmanageable. I like loose clothes like windy jackets and bandanas and I either don't have or don't know what the rest of those words are. Seriously. Who uses a race to describe their self? Hah!"

8) To which social class do you belong?
"Social class? ... Uhhh... I... guess friendly?"

9) Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?
"Liquids can't have allergies, silly! ... Oh! I don't have a stomach though! I've been around animals my whole life so I've picked up a few habits including drinking and oohhh gosh it gives me the most disgusting queasy feeling! I hated it! Luckily after about an hour and a half of laying down, I'm fine. Still feels horrible though. Eugh..."

10) Are you right- or left-handed?
"You... use only one of your hands?"

11) What does your voice sound like?
"I've been told my voice is annoying, to be frank with you. It's a bit more on the high pitch side. I've been told I have a lot of energy and bubbliness to my voice, whatever that means. It just brings a smile to peoples' faces! I can't ask for anything more than that!"

12) What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently?
"... people keep track of those things?? Uhh.. I use a lot of "excitement phrases" I guess. Like... Yeah! or... Wohoohho!! Haha, my friends complain that I never stop talking. I... it's not annoying is it?? hahah I don't do it on purpose."

13) What do you have in your pockets?
"What are pockets?... Oh the fabric folds? Uhh... I got fifty cents and a chocolate bar.... w... why do I have this?"

"Well. Like previously said, I don't really stop talking. I just have so much energy its gotta get out somewhere right? Other than that I've been told that I have very fluid moments in the way that I talk and move. Which... would make sense. Seeing that I am fluid."

my mother was named chrysanthemum, but i never knew my father.

mother tells me my siblings were stillborn. as far as i know, i'm an only child.

i live in tanglewood now, but alone. i have a building in the old town ruins that has good light and air, so i'm growing a garden, very slowly. I also found an old desk in one of the other houses, so i have that too. it's nice to read by the window.

6) What is your occupation?
i'm a fully trained medic, however i hold no ranks right now.

"In the lousy place called Tanglewood. Buncha people live there now, but that's fine, some of them are tolerable. I kinda wanna go back to the good ol' days of haunting, though. Got to watch T.V. and scare the hell outta people and do whatever I want."

"I -- shoot, I haven't seen what I looked like in, uh, couple hundred years. Can't have a reflection if ya don't actually exist, ya know? I mean, I can see I have brown hair and some freckles, and I can feel I've got sharp teeth and a missing cheek, but that's it."

"Nah, as far as I can tell. Demon-ghost-whatevers are burnt by salt and other 'holy' stuff, though."

"Uh, fuckin' awful. I always wheeze and my voice is too high and I can't even say words properly and it hurts too talk most of the time. But I can change my voice sometimes, like a mimic? A l'il talent, s'pose."

"Uh, guess I stutter. A lot. And say y'all too much."

"Venus.. my name is just Venus now."

"Busan, South Korea. I remember being beside the sea before me and my family hopped on a ship headed to the UK, but i don't remember much of Korea and it's sad."

"My mum was a boring hag; she had it all, she was respected, revered for her work as a doctor and then she what? Wasted it. Became a bum. Her name was Eir but whatever. I never did know who dad was but I had a father figure. His name is Seokjin, he was great. Seokjin had his shit together and actually taught me how to function in society, and while he's not really my dad he's the only parent I'd care to acknowledge."

4) Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like?
"I have no biological siblings.. that I know of anyways. So I'd say no, but Seokjin's kids were always like my siblings, I used to called them siblings. One of them I was always closer to, Jungwoo, he was kind of forceful in what he wanted but was always good fun to be around."

5) Where do you live now, and with whom? Describe the place and the person/people.
"I live in Tanglewood now and the place is uh.. different from what im used to. Not that I miss living in the lap of luxury or anything, but the bustling cities of London look less dangerous then this radioactive mess. The people are weird too; the leader's a ghost for fuck's sake! Others are just opinionated and dumb so there not much I can say that isn't negative, but I'm loving the free food and shelter."

"I'm a rookie? Or something? I'm pretty sure that's the rank for the normal teenagers like me, and to be honest I'm not sure what other rank I'd be happy in. Ranks are something new and foreign to me, like the people here are so dumb they need their status in society labelled and stuck to their greasy foreheads - why can't anything be just common knowledge these days?

"I only had a mother, Maria, and she was wonderful. I adored her, although some of her behavior was rather questionable. But she did a good job trying to raise the five of us while still living out her youth."

"Yes, I had four brothers. Lincoln, was blind, and Bennett was always afraid of everything. And Harvey and Alexis. They all got sick really young and passed away, so I don't remember them too well."

5) Where do you live now, and with whom? Describe the place and the person/people.
"Oh, I live in this lovely snow-laden tundra with the Snowbound. It's a tribe that takes residence there, I'm actually a member. I don't really know any of them yet, seeing as I've just joined."

"An apprentice, I guess."

"I think I'm a pretty average size for my age? I haven't really encountered any clouded leopards besides my mum, and her death was so long ago, so I don't even know how tall she was. And I'm pretty skinny, not like starved skinny or wimpy skinny, just... average skinny? I have blue eyes, and my fur is light grey and white with these big black splotches on it. Kind of a marbled pattern meets spotted? I'm also what is known as albino, and I guess that's kind of interesting. As for scars, I don't really have any."

"Social class? I don't really know what that means, is that something like being an apprentice?"

"I have hemophilia, which means I bleed a lot. It's a pain, as it makes even small injuries pretty severe."

"Right-pawed, although sometimes I right with my left paw just to try it."

"Well, I'm told I have a British accent, quite ironic considering my name, but I have never really heard it in my voice before? It's weird. And other than that I guess my voice is usually pretty soft and melodic, although I suppose it fluctuates with my mood too."

"When describing things, I say "lovely" a lot. It's just such a lovely word to use."

13) What do you have in your pockets?
"I don't have any pockets. It's much easier just to conjure things."

"I'm a do-gooder, but I don't really think that's strange or defining. Hmm, I apologize too much, I guess that could be kind of annoying to some people. And I always address others formally unless they tell me not to."

Part 2: Growing Up

"Well, I grew up basically in an abandoned gas station with my four brothers, mother, and the random wanderers that occasionally came by us. I loved climbing on anything and everything, shelves, counters, trees, whichever. My brothers got sick when we were young, so I played by myself most of the time. My mum was usually busy either hunting, caring for my brothers, or out doing who knew what. I grew fond of pretty much everything, there were a lot of magazines and books, so I taught myself to read. I always found the night sky pretty, and there were some books about astrology, as well as a telescope, so I started getting into that as well. I found hobbies rather quickly."

16) What is your earliest memory?
"The earliest thing I remember was probably... hmm... It was when I was really young, and my brothers were still healthy. Lincoln had been frantic, asking why he couldn't open his eyes even though he had. Mum told him he was blind, that he couldn't, wouldn't ever see, and he didn't take it very well. I wanted to comfort him, but I didn't know what to do."

17) How much schooling have you had?
"Well, I don't really know what that means, My mum, and the groups of loners I'd stumbled upon after her death had taught me how to hunt, and so I'm pretty good at that, there's a lot of techniques and each hunter does things differently, so I learned a variety of methods for different regions. As for fighting, well, I have a pepper spray, but I don't have any formal combat training. That's what schooling is right, all the things apprentices are supposed to learn?"

18) Did you enjoy school?

"What's that? I've never heard of it, so I probably don't have it."

"When I broke my leg, and when I found my mom's dead body. Those were two really frightening moments of my life."

"I'm not sure, perhaps the time when I though a stuffed animal was a living person. It terrified me when it's head popped off and I saw that it was filled with cotton and some bugs, I thought it was maggots. I ran to Mum crying, and then she explain to me that I shouldn't be scared of it because it obviously wasn't what I thought it was."

37) If you could change one thing from your past, what would it be, and why?
"I don't really know if I would want to change really anything, not even Mum's death. It just seems wrong to mess with the flow of time."

"Probably my 6 month birthday, where my Mum gave me a ukulele. She used to sing and play instruments, so I was overjoyed that I could make music with her now, and I practiced so often."

"Probably being attacked by that Typhoon member just a few days ago. I'm not sure why they did what they did, I hope I didn't do anything to irk them somehow. And I was bleeding pretty badly, it was scary. Thank goodness my new clan mates were able to come to my rescue before I got hurt any worse."

Part 1: The Basics
1) What is your full name?
Bastillepaw Aurelius, to be Bastilleprisoner Aurelius.

2) Where and when were you born?
Bast was born on June 20th, just outside of a certain Clan's territory.

3) Who are/were your parents? (Know their names, occupations, personalities, etc.)
Frenchpaw was a dainty little princess, very prim and proper. She had grown up a polite girl, an absolute darling, though after some tough times she grew to be a bit more spunky. She was always very social and engaged with her Clan, but she died in labor.
His father is unknown to him, a passing tom who happened to run into Frenchie once upon a time. Bastille never met him and likely never will.

4) Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like?
Bastille had siblings at some point, but left them behind in his mother's Clan when he was old enough to leave. At this point, they are undetermined, and Bastille does not have contact with any of them.

5) Where do you live now, and with whom? Describe the place and the person/people.
Bastille now lives in the Ascendants, with his new Clanmates. He considers it to be alright at this point, though he has yet to develop an undying loyalty (which is, in fact, in his nature). He is particularly protective of their leader, and will grow to be grudgingly fond of him as a sort of father figure. Otherwise, he is indifferent to his other Clanmates, having not developed bonds with anyone yet.

6) What is your occupation?
Bastille is currently a Fireball, the apprentice equivalent.

7) Write a full physical description of yourself. You might want to consider factors such as: height, weight, race, hair and eye color, style of dress, and any tattoos, scars, or distinguishing marks.
