Back in business - Weekly tasks 11/4-11/11 - Morgan - 11-04-2018

Morgan sat in the middle of the mess hall, humming to himself. He'd announced that he would be giving out the first set of weekly tasks in a while, so he hoped someone would come by. Once someone arrived, the leader's ears perked up and he wagged his tail.
"Welcome, welcome!"

...

"With so much minor damage done to parts of our territory, there's plenty for us to do to fix things again. On top of all that, we've been getting attacked and kidnapped a bunch - even though most of us can fight, some drills and some medical practice wouldn't be a bad idea. If you're interested in any of the tasks I mentioned, speak up and I'll give one to you."
He was not usually so verbose about something as mundane as weekly tasks, but something about the return to territory had him fired up.

//A medical task would be okay! As Delilah stated in the meeting, she intended on having medic tryouts soon. So something like therapy or another medical-based activity works? Or any other task is fine!

Delilah walked over slowly, her tail dragging against the ground as she tried to make sure she didn't trip or fall over anything. Pale, sightless hues peered over in the direction of which she heard Morgan's voice, her ears twitching in understanding. "I'd love one, please, Morgan.." Her soft voice spoke up, tone cracking just a bit from misuse.

Their little vacation in Sunhaven was nice, but the week has gone by, and now it was time for labour. Following weeks of constructing feats of architecture throughout the swamp, a bunch of hostile ghost fucks haul themselves into Tanglewood and cause chaos. Now, everything they worked for had to be repaired in some way or another. "Sign me in," he’d mumble, inserting himself into the forming group surrounding Morgan.

Re: Back in business - Weekly tasks 11/4-11/11 - Airin - 11-05-2018

[align=center][div style="width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-family: helvetica; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 1.4;"] Airin | Current Spirit Shape: Great Horned Owl | Currently Possessing: N/A |

Airin had came to Tanglewood for a few simple reasons.

One, for curiosity sake, as it was the nearest civilization it found.  Two, for the possibility of finding answers as to why it was still bound to the world, even after death, which it could not even recall.  The fact that Tanglewood had been assaulted by malevolent spirits did not seem to provide any answers, so it was a little disappointed by that.  At least they weren't bothering the group any longer, allowing them to return home.

The translucent owl had flown into the mess hall when an opening presented itself, as it was curious to the word being spread around the territory that their leader was assigning tasks.  Finding a suitable perch to land on, it listened in as Morgan stated to simply speak up if someone desired a task.  A telepathic voice would intone within the head of anyone nearby, even if it was solely addressing the leader.  "I would like a task, yes."

A decent number of Tanglers arrived, and to Morgan's delight several of them asked for tasks. Looking at Delilah first, he said,
"Delilah, I'd like you to work on setting up some medical lessons. Ever since you were kidnapped by the Pitt, this town felt a lot more unsafe. Teaching us how to heal each other would be great now."
He hoped she would be able to pass along enough of her knowledge to help make a new generation of Medics, or at least give most Tanglers the knowledge they needed to help themselves.

Axle was next.
"Axle, would you mind repairing the damage in the town library? When we fought the spirits there, a lot of books were thrown around and lanterns were knocked over. Just putting those back and cleaning up the place would be very helpful."
The samoyed really missed going to the library during the week to read up on random topics, but he had not gotten a chance since the return from Sunhaven.

Leroy arrived after that, and the General took a few moments to think of a task for him.
"Leroy, can you help us with recovering our food supply? Making a hunting or fishing event or replanting seeds on the farm would work best, but you get to choose what we'll do. We'll cover the other two options later, but getting ourselves off the ground is most important."
Obviously, food was essential to the survival of the group. Without a way to consistently farm and hunt during October, their supplies were dwindling. Hopefully with the help of some Tanglers like Leroy they would get back on track before long.

Finally, Airin, whose voice rung in Morgan's head.
"I have a task for you, too, Airin. We have bonfires sometimes, either for celebration or just for fun. I was thinking it'd be nice if you set up a bonfire for Tanglewood; maybe it'd raise our morale while we rebuild. We don't have a lot of food left right now, but use whatever you need. Maybe try hosting it on the beach, or in the town square."
Indeed, Tanglewood's bonfires were always a nice time. They had not had one in some time, however, and Morgan really missed them.

"Anyone else?"
