///All allies are free to join! It was dark, lanterns lighting the way, dens and houses proving full of people celebrating a holiday that children were taught to fear and love all at once. Halloween, a beautiful time of ghosts, spirits, demons. Delilah didn't like the idea of walking alone, so she remained outside of Arrow's house, waiting for the girl patiently. Her bumblebee costume was tight against her sides, but the maine coon held her bucket tightly in her jaws. They would begin their adventure through the swamptown, trick or treating. "Is.. Is anyone else coming?" Arrow wasn't really one for...dressing up. At least, not as anything specific. She was more for throwing on some scraps of clothing and getting shitfaced through out the night, scaring fellow assholes and hiding in bushes. This year, however, Arrow actually had decent friends and while she still planned on drinking with Leroy or someone who would indulge in her bad habits with her, she had a game plan with an adorable little medic prior to mcfreaking losing it. Arrow had gotten someone's help to paint a fine skeleton pattern over her fur, her lanky frame only doing the concept justice. That took some time of course, and she hated to keep Delilah waiting, but she'd be damned if she didn't make the most realistic skeleton with her skinny ass. "Sorry to keep ya waiting, flower girl. I take my spooks seriously." With a typical shit eating grin, Arrow left the cozy abode to assess her much fluffier visitor, green eyes lighting up at the bumblebee costume she was wearing. "Aww, lookit you! Guess if no one joins us, we can head out, eh, bumblebee?" |
