a house divided | MEETING 8/27 - pallid-i - 08-27-2018

One Chance
The ardent looked more ragged than before. His fur wasn't groomed like it normally was, and his whiskers were disheveled. Something was obviously bothering Yes Man, but the savannah wasn't going to let anyone in on what exactly was bothering him. So the leader simply made his way to the raised platform that was located in the plaza of the dead and sat, huffing. "My fellow pittians, it is time to gather for a meeting. Come quickly, for I am in a snappy mood." He rumbled, tail tip flicking back and forth.

He had not seen the male in a while, even with their steady influx of recent joiners; if he was not being too forward, Yes Man was one of the more tolerable parts of The Pitt, and him not being around recently caused him to be concerned. Would Dante or Melantha know what was happening, perhaps? Their dear leader looked unkempt and stern. "Yes, sire." the leopon would quicken his pace, taking his place in the front and standing to attention. What would be announced this time, he wondered. Promotions, demotions, the like ... they had no affairs apart from the ones with The Rosebloods and Sunhaven, so there shan't be much.

I ADMIRE IT'S PURITY
close on the heels of pale-mother a dark shadow made form lurked, the rumbling staccato purr of the beast in black a background murmur to the gathering meeting of strange-hive to listen to spotted-queen.

as it was he had no concept of seating orders and woe betide anyone who tried to make him follow one if there was, no Blacktide kept behind pale-mother shifting only to lie on his front, half curled around and near the feet of pale-mother, teeth glinting in the ever present macabre grin.

BENNY G.
benny wasn't letting yes mans presence here eat him up as much as he thought it would have. in comparison to what he imagined it would be, living in the same vicinity as a former... whatever it is yes man could be called, things seemed pretty lenient so far. he met some odd fellows, but that was truly to be expected. only freaks and finks were able to survive out here like this.

the marbled fox sat down and patiently waited for whatever else to happen to kick off.

Re: a house divided | MEETING 8/27 - DANTE NORTHWEST. - 08-27-2018

SMOKED A PACK OR TWO, IT NEVER WAS A PROBLEM —
Dante was quick to notice the dishevel look Yes Man held and the hybrid had a frown on his maw as he made his way over. It wasn't so much out of concern as it was curiosity. What would have the leader so upset, he wondered? The Strong Arm quickly took a seat, his shark-like tail flicking.

Cosette had also noticed the leader's absence, though she herself wasn't sure what to think. She hadn't been here long, so she had yet to figure out how she felt about Yes man. Nevertheless, she lifted her head at the call to gather, quickly following the others' lead and taking a seat near Benny. She had never really attended one of these before, so she wasn't completely certain what they would be discussing.

Re: a house divided | MEETING 8/27 - Stryker - 08-27-2018

[align=center][div style="width: 60%; text-align: justify; font-size: 11pt; font-family: georgia;"]☣ — A meeting amongst them? How curious. With the Snowbounders under his grip, he hadn't been around so much, but upon the mention of a meeting, he kept the care of the powder puffs in someone else's hands while he scuttled off. Stryker couldn't miss a damn meeting for his life.

Re: a house divided | MEETING 8/27 - ninazu - 08-27-2018

The serval flicked her right ear as she walked over, her toes oozing into the sands. The particles clung to her fur and paw pads, but she lived here long enough not to feel bothered by them. Her short tail flicked behind her as she moved to stand beside Stryker - dwarfed by the lion, she was quick to take advantage of the shade his larger body threw, more than enough to give her some shade.

Re: a house divided | MEETING 8/27 - melantha - 08-27-2018

[align=center][div style="font-family: georgia; font-size: 9pt; width: 60%; text-align: justify;"]Had anyone else but Yes Man given the call for a meeting, there is a considerable chance that Melantha would not have arrived. But she respects the Ardent (and he is among the few who can claim as much), so she arrives in spite of her obvious distaste for large gatherings. Tawny golden fur shines in the sunlight as the powerful predator approaches on muscular limbs, carefully navigating through the crowd as if brushing against any of them would cause her to contract some sort of terrible disease. Their craziness, perhaps. Sometimes Melantha thinks that she is the only one among the masses who is not someone with a penchant for murder and tendency to be a massive dick. Although she cannot remember much of her life prior to the Pitt, Mel knows deep down that she has always been the way she is now. Everyone else must have a couple screws loose, or something.

The young female takes a seat beside Esklav, wordlessly nodding to him in greeting. Let's just get this over with, she thinks sullenly.

Re: a house divided | MEETING 8/27 - butch kennedy - 08-28-2018

Butch was the next to arrive, his wedding band and dog tag clinking as he took a seat next to Stryker, giving the little bitch a small side-smile.  He was proud of his violent son.  After all, those Snowbound assholes threatened Yes Man and Butch wouldn't have that.
