With every step the two golden bangles clinked together on a similarly golden leg. A hooded figure stepped out from the sand dunes, wind whipping about them as they made for the cool shelter of the jungle they first thought a mirage. Scenting the air the small stranger knew they'd soon have company, though the need for water was larger than any fear they held. "I was hoping I wouldn't have to go much farther." she then added with a similarly blank quality, though a trace of desperation had leaked into her voice. Nothing besides her head had moved from it's original position though she felt she may as well have rolled belly-up to the decaying stranger. |
