no feelin, just a villain - open; fight - rhosmari - 03-28-2021

It hadn't been that long since she had been here. But instead of what she had come to find, what she thought she would be excited about the leopardess felt nothing. An emptiness that was all consuming. She felt like she was waiting for something. Waiting to simply crack like an eggshell and something else to come out. The woman walked around as if in a haze, a zombie. Sometimes her gaze was glassy, hollow and other times it was too full of life. And this day was much the same save she was closer to the brink. Closer to a breaking point as she wandered across the island. She was supposed to be in the temple, resting and being checked on. Yet something had drew her out of this place and set her paws on a different path. The whispers of Coalition ringing in her ear as she moved forth. The name, that word. Why was it so familiar to her? She was partially out of it by the time she got to the place that held their prisoners. Eyes of two different colors wandering over the holding area, thick bars to keep them in. And then she saw him.

Stared at him. The child trapped in a place that he did not deserve to be. "I...I feel like I know you.. Raven?" His name spilled forth from her muzzle so easily as she stared at him. A child locked up and without thinking she turned on the guard. Body moving before her brain could catch up. A spike of ice shot up from underneath the Typhooner and speared him straight through. Blood splattered the ground, she screamed internally staring with wide eyes before she looked at Ravenwood and proceeded to open his imprisonment. To let him out as the cracks began to show. "Run..." The Kingpin whispered to him. Her voice strained before her gaze lifted up and she saw her. She saw the woman that had helped to damn the Coalition. The Coalition? Her home.

It was like everything struck her as she witnessed the woman. So happy, so gleeful. Everything going right with her life. Emotions overflowed, memories of anguish and altered reality of abandonment hit her. It killed her. Killed the one that had thought she could survive. Destroyed the soul that belonged to the body and let the foul thing that had invaded reign supreme. Tears started to leak from wild and unnervingly wide staring eyes before she suddenly screamed. "YOU! EVERYTHING IS YOUR FAULT! YOU AND THAT OTHER BITCH!" Voice cracked and splintered the woman suddenly rushed forward with no thought in mind. A sob of pain, anger, despair, a tortured thing who watched her family turn their backs on her. A lie her brain did not want to give up. Her claws were wild, unrelenting as she aimed random and vicious slices at Roxanne, hoping to hit something. To destroy the thing that was her anguish. Would they be proud of her now? Would they come back home if she proved herself? A sudden laugh bubbled from her throat sounding as crazed as she was before she suddenly dove for a headbutt to try and daze the Typhoon Captain.

His time in the Typhoon had been telling.

Weary from travel, absolutely lost, and with zero idea of politics on the island (also, scent of you know, any group), he came upon attack. His tail had been torn asunder, rendering him angry and weak from blood loss. There wasn't anything he could do, his eyes closed, resting when he could. He was hungry, but he wouldn't eat what they gave him. This wouldn't be the first time he starved himself to make a point.

Vayne's visit had relaxed him. That was the only time he had eaten, the only time he trusted the Typhooners. He knew better then perhaps the people back "home" did. They weren't all bad. But some of them definitely made it worth keeping away- for example, whoever that bitch dragon was. All talk, barely any bite. He was stuck in his thoughts when he heard someone approaching. His eyes opened slowly, wearing, staring at the leopard. Maybe they had come to yell at him too.

His ears were already laid flat, head slowly picking up, when she finally spoke. Slowly, Raven stiffened up. The way that she spoke.. Raven grimaced gently. That's where she had went. But.. how? He opened his mouth, but he had no chance. The guard was done for, blood splattering his cheek. He grimaced, head turning away, but he didn't need to be told twice. Slowly he pushed to his paw, slipping free from his holding cell.

But he fell still, watching Sojourn dive towards Roxanne, start to attack her. He couldn't leave her like this. And.. And what about Vayne? His heart thudded, eyes staring forward, mixed with indecision.

Re: no feelin, just a villain - open; fight - ROXANNE R. - 03-30-2021

Roxanne had heard there had been a recent joiner but she was much too busy with the one she had captured, hell, she had been planning to check on Ravenwood and the last thing she was expecting to see someone beginning to yell at her. She raised a nonexistent eyebrow at the leopard before she mumbled under her breath with a shake of her head  "I don't even know who you are-" But the very same leopard began to dive forward with claws lashing out, some of it hitting her and drawing blood. And that other bitch, it began to dawn on Roxanne that this was likely an enemy of hers but she couldn't remember who or at least not be bothered to actually care to think of who it was. Noticing how the other tried to headbutt her, the captain would shapeshift into her tigress form moving out of the way and lunged forward aiming to gore Sojourn with her horns even if she just grazed the other if her attack had not been successful did the captain move away with a growl.

"You aren't really the brightest, huh?" Giggled the cannibal queen with amusement dancing in her eyes before adding "But you sure got the balls, I'll give you that much." It would not be long before her crewmates would show up to her aid, after all, who was stupid enough to attack the captain of the Typhoon in broad daylight. Oh, you small idiot, came a thought but she dove forward attempting to slash at Sojourn's face and a crooked grin formed itself onto her maw. It had been a while since she had a bite to eat... Maybe she'd treat herself. With a flap of her powerful wings would the tigress launch herself forward at the smaller wildcat aiming to sink her powerful jaws into the leopards shoulder if that succeeded would she attempt to tear the flesh and muscle. Dislocate the limb. She'd deal with the prisoner soon enough.

Roxanne was all bark but she definitely had bite.

She cared little for words. Didn't care to hear her voice. She wished she could rip that tongue out of her skull and force her children to eat it. Just like how she had forced one of her children to eat the flesh from a feline corpse. To get his first taste of just what it meant to be a monster. Her eyes were almost gleeful with the thought, wild and untamed as she lashed her tail against the ground. Her headbutt not connecting and horns trying to dig into her. Her own movements were just as fast, the puncture not deep but tearing as she dropped to the ground and aimed to dig her sharp teeth viciously into the woman's leg, attempting to tear the flesh from the tendon and muscle. But claws against the side of her head forced her to retreat. Her breathing was much too fast, labored panting and a wide grin on her muzzle even as blood ran down her face. What pain? There was no pain? Only a sweetness against her skin.

She was so alive in this moment. She felt everything and she giggled almost as if this was okay time. Playtime with worm. Her eyes narrowed then as the tiger rushed at her with large winds spread and she quickly dodged the large and bitting jaws, only to viciously go for her side and aim to sink her jaws into one of her winds, claws aiming to dig into the tendon and attempt to tear and sever muscle and flesh away from the bone. She was hoping to dislocate the wing as she detached herself quickly, falling back to where Ravenwood was and turning slightly. "If you do not run. She will kill you." She hissed to the boy as she suddenly turned to try and grasp Ravenwood by the neck but with a gentle lock of jaws and shove him forward toward the railroad trail. Ice began to gather along the woman's claws, thicken and lengthening them.

ALL I FOUND THE SPACE BETWEEN THE SPACES
STANDING IN THE NOTHING, AND TIME RECLAIMS YOU
Michael hadn't thought of the Coalition in quite a while, if he was being honest. They were a constant nuisance, and he hated them as much as the next Typhooner, but he also didn't let them dwell in his thoughts. Not when he had much more important things to worry about, after all. Much like Roxanne, the dealer had heard about a strange and disoriented newcomer on their border, but he didn't think much of it. She wasn't the first amnesiac to come wandering across their tracks, and Roan had even acknowledged that while recounting the story. Unfortunately, it seemed as though the bobcat should've done a little bit more investigating. If he had... perhaps he could've prevented this whole attack. He knew better than to blame himself, though. If he did that, he'd just end up wallowing about in misery. Instead, he decided that it was time to get even. No one attacked his sister – their captain – in broad daylight and got away with it. He knew that Rox could handle herself just fine, but he still wanted a chunk of flesh.

The male wore a scowl as he approached, a faint enraged sheen to his mismatched blue gaze as he shouted, "Hey, cunt! Not sure where the fuck you get off thinking you can just attack our leader, but you can eat shit!" With that, he felt a rush of power surge throughout his body. He wasn't about to attack Sojourn directly – doing so would be a death sentence, considering the size difference between the bobcat and her. Instead, he was going to utilize his earth elementals, a sneer on his face as he rose a paw. He aimed to pull a chunk from the nearby stone, attempting to toss it violently into Sojourn's side. If he was successful, the force of it would probably be enough to knock the Kingpin over, or at least leave her dazed. His short tail was twitching and lashing behind him, claws having slipped out against the sand covered stony ground. He was hoping to just use his elementals to help out – as much as that did cause him pain – rather than being forced to fight physical. Still, he would do so if he had to.

Whether his attack connected or not, it wouldn't be difficult for Michael to notice the prisoner that Sojourn was pushing forth. So this was his fault, huh? The dealer already hadn't wanted to leave him alive, but this just confirmed his earlier uneasiness. He snapped softly at Ravenwood, his voice a low hiss, "Hell no you don't." He then attempted to leap at Ravenwood, trying to use his body weight to slam the other down against the ground. If he were successful, he'd try to hold the other against the ground with a paw on his neck. He didn't really have a specific plan in mind, but he wasn't just going to let such a nuisance of a prisoner go running off if he could help it.

There was a screaming in his mind, looking at the two woman twisting and snapping at eachother. Raven's lungs were seized, his throat closed and eyes wide. He couldn't breathe, couldn't think, and it was a devastating long few moments before he finally was able to move his paws. By the time he did, Sojourn was already snarling in his ears, taking him basically by the scruff and pushing him away. He stumbled a bit, but there was a raising of hair on his neck.

His head turned as he watched the bobcat fly through the air, and an inhale hit his throat. He leapt backwards, eyes squeezing shut, before they opened wide. Sharp green eyes narrowed as something stirred within him- reflex and instinct combined. Air elementals swelled, a nasty gust of wind suddenly cutting through the area, aimed at Michael, attempting to batter him backwards and away from Ravenwood. "Get away from me! You're worse then they are!"

With that, Ravenwood turned tail (figuratively, he didn't have one anymore) and started to head for the tracks at a fast limp.
