Siborno had decided to go out and find pieces of wood that could possibly be used as firewood though he began to examine the pieces getting thicker bits of wood. He had taken the deer hide with him, it had been draped across his shoulders the entire time but once he had gotten a decent pile of wood did he lay it flat beginning to pipe the wood onto the hide. Eventually, he would slowly pull at the edges bringing them up enough for him to tie a knot and pushed it lightly to make sure that the knot wouldn't undo itself. Once that was checked, he moved his head underneath it letting out a growl cause of the wood jabbing him but he pushed forward until his now package was slung over his shoulders, Siborno let out a huff before he began to make his way back to the Elysium's camp.

His walked over in the direction of the shared home setting down the deer hide with large bits of wood, he took the moment to roll his somewhat aching shoulders but the brute didn't seem to stop there as he would slowly undo the knot and plucked out a good sizable piece of wood for himself. Siborno laying in the snow before running his claws down the wood beginning to think to himself eventually peeling off the bark, he had gotten other tools to help him with something he wanted to make. Wood shavings laying at his paws as he continued to work with a soft hum resonating from his throat, he smoothed it all out with some bits of sandpaper only to hold what he had taken a few hours on. A little wooden lion only to find a shy but warm smile forming on his maw rather slowly, he would then murmur out with his ears pressed flat against his cranium "Лев..." He would set down the little lion tapping its muzzle with a sharp claw though he frowned slightly at the splinters that he had received.

Generally, Aurum had no issue with Siborno doing whatever he wanted within their shared home, considering it was just that – a shared home. The space was just as much the other male's as it was the angel's, so he felt he had no right to complain about Siborno's comings and goings, even if he really had no intention of doing so. After all, Sib was fairly quiet in general, save for the heavy sounds of his paws colliding with the floor beneath him. It wasn't as if his roommate spent a lot of his time chattering to himself, or yelling up and down the relatively short halls. So, when Aurum heard the sounds of movement coming from near the front of their little house, he thought nothing of it, remaining relaxed and occupied on his rather small bed. His tail flicked back and forth as he lazily flipped through a book he had grabbed from the Elysium library, although occasionally his ears would flick curiously at the sounds of wood carving reached him. It was an odd scraping sound that he had never really heard before, and by the time he reached the end of his story, he found it slightly maddening that he couldn't identify what it was.

Perching his now finished library book on his bedside table – he'd have to remember to return it later – Aurum descended from his room towards the source of the noise, his curiosity thoroughly piqued. When he eventually came upon Siborno, he found himself pausing at the proud, singular word that left the other. Knowing only the most basic of Russian for the moment, the lion had no idea what Sib had said, but when he rounded the front of the other and saw the little figure, he was fairly sure he could guess what it was. Even though he had no confirmation that the little wooden figurine was meant to be him, the angel couldn't help the little grin that wormed its way onto his face, along with the soft laughter that left him. Taking a seat nearby, he gestured a paw between himself and the carved lion, muttering playfully to Siborno, "Why, it's practically a spitting image... I'm assuming that you made it?" Judging by the noises he had heard, and the state of the other's poor paws, that seemed to be the most obvious explanation for how the carving had come to be.
