The gathering crowd seemed to be enough to get her attention from her claws that needed to be painted like ASAP, her mismatched gaze would wander over all of them before snorting at what Michael said, she took the moment to lift up one of her claws to flip him off only to sit up in her throne. "Alright, alright. Let's get down to business, huh." The captain grinned as her claws would click against the throne, ah man, she always sucked at this part. It was hard to remember the people that constantly came to their little beach to join, she found herself nibbling on her bottom lip for a moment only to part her jaws to speak "I'd like to welcome Echo, Lumia, Blackout, and Roy to the Typhoon firstly. Make yourselves right at home just make sure not to fuck up anything while you're here or I will get mad." Under her breath would she mumble to herself with her tail lashing to the sides "No one likes it when I'm mad."
She swiped her forked tongue over her lips trying to remember if there was any demotions to be announced, she used her claw to pick at her teeth momentarily as she thought this over a bit. Nope. No demotions this meeting, it was enough to make a smile appear on her maw. Her pirates were clearly A class and much better than all the other groups who suffered demotions, she giggled to herself as she whispered in a singing voice "Looooooosers ~," Now, it was to the more exciting part of the meeting. The reason why everyone even came to the meetings, they didn't want to hear about political bullshit. No! They wanted to hear about them moving up the food chain in the Typhoon. No, Roxie only got the bad end of the butt.
Talking animal politics fuckin s-u-c-k-e-d! "Shoutouts to Lumia, Harland, and Marianas, keep up the good work and all that jazz. You're doing fantastic." Roxanne said with a toothy grin present feeling quite proud that her apprentice had gotten a shoutout, good for her. Clearly her mentor was a boss ass bitch, clearly. Now, for the exciting news. The one that everyone was waiting for. "And lastly promotions to Vayne and Danny Decheeto. Congrats, the both of you are privateers now. It is nice to have someone filling those ranks at last, we have been rather vacant in the privateer department y'know?" She tapped at her chin trying to dig through her brain for any other promotions but the only thoughts she had left were that of her wife. That was enough for her next words.
"MEETING DISMISSED! GOT ANY QUESTIONS, ASK ME. GOT ANY COMPLIANTS? THROW EM IN THE COMPLAINT BOX!" She would glide down from her throne only to mumble under her breath with a shit eating grin "Which I totally don't throw into the ocean."

PRIVATEER PROMOTIONS TO DANNY AND VAYNE, CONGRATS

Vayne couldn't help but giggle as Roxanne flipped Michael off and the comment of how she would absolutely kick someone's butt if they fucked things up. Fortunately though, Vayne didn't think any of the newcomers would cause any trouble. Except for... maybe Blackout. Vayne straightened up at the mention of her name, eyes shining as Roxanne gave her a promotion. "Thank you!!" She squealed. She was a Privateer!! With Danny!![glow=COLOR,1,400] ━ ✧*:･ﾟ[/glow]

Had he really been paying attention? Nope. Meetings were cool and whatnot, but he was really focused on these fish. Danny gave Goldie a gentle smile as she commented on also observing the sea life, finding some comfort in the idea that he didn't look like a total dweeb for being so enamored with what he could see through the glass. When he heard his name, however, the kid's attention shifted from the fish to the captain, ears perking up almost in disbelief. Him? Promoted? Alongside Vayne? He opened his mouth, then closed it, not quite sure how to respond to that. He hadn't been expecting that. "I'll do my best." Came the only response, stunned and quiet as ever.

Lumia hadn't been around long enough to attend a meeting before, just yet. She hadn't really thought much of that, though. After all, she was sure that Rox would call a meeting when she felt that they were necessary. However, the young Cipher did come running over fairly quickly when the horn caught her attention, sitting down near the back of the group and keeping her mouth shut. She didn't figure anything relating to her would really come up, so she was perfectly happy just sitting and listening. Maybe afterwards she could see if Vayne and Danny wanted to go for a walk, or play some kind of game... that sounded pretty good to her.
When Roxanne started welcoming people in, Lu felt a broad smile cross her muzzle, her heart raising with happiness as she smiled up at the captain. She was glad to be welcomed in, alongside others such as Roy and Blackout. She was then caught off guard when her name was brought up again, this time for shout outs. Immediately her grin grew even wider, and she called up excitedly, "I... thank you, Captain Roxanne! I'll be sure to keep it up!" She had only just joined a few weeks ago, and already she had received a shout out... it made her feel ecstatic. Praise hadn't exactly been an easy thing for her to come by prior to joining The Typhoon. Additionally, her excitement only grew when she heard that both her niece and Danny had been promoted.
