She was sure that she could take out a few of the gators themselves and at Vigenere's question would she briefly blink saying in a soft voice "Around the throat is their weak point and their bellies. . . If you get them onto their backs and aim for the throat, don't let go until it stops writhing. . . It usually works with bigger opponents though," She rolled her shoulders before adjusting her wings feeling her feathers being ruffled by a small breeze, her golden pools turning in the direction of the gators that had made their home in the pond and lashed her tail to the sides. Victory was ready to pluck off these gators one by one but she would listen to what would be everyone else's ideas or plan to get rid of them. Kill gators and clean the water was what she recalled what Morgan had said, she nodded slowly to Fen's idea of boiling the pond. It sounded like it should work and well, she was here now so her clanmates would stand a better chance. She chirruped nudging her fellow God "Sounds good,"

Re: Purification - open/killing gators/cleaning swamp - Morgan - 05-13-2018

Morgan nodded in thankful acknowledgement of Amunet's presence, as well as for the ideas its allies supplied. The dog considered the suggestions; after a moment, it came up with a combination it hoped would work. It walked to the pond one step at a time, waiting whenever it felt the alligators' presences draw near.

The canine focused focused on breathing in as it gathered some swamp water, levitating it a meter above the pond. It formed a thick, incomplete ring, leaving an opening right in front of the samoyed. Morgan breathed out, and the ring expanded above the edges of the pond. Finally, it let the water drop onto the shore; the canine took a sharp breath as various ice spikes sprouted from the ground. Facing inward toward the pond, the ice created an effective bottleneck.

"Fenri-sulfr, boil water," it ordered, creeping over to the opposite side of the pond to lead the larger beast. "Others, ready to attack," it continued, directing everyone else toward the bottleneck point. It was ready to provide backup against the alligators if needed, but the water was its primary focus. If everything worked as planned, the team would be able to purify the swamp water twice over.

War's eyes slid to the side as Victory joined them, a small smile and a dip of his head to her "not at all" she'd arrived just in time for the planning and set up stage really - and well now they had an even better chance of lesser injuries with her help - he hummed pleased at her last comment, though with what Morgan was adding to it the elegant solution would be much swifter indeed.

hm, team ice n fire almost - he inwardly snorted at the small joke but nodded to Morgan as he moved around following the icy samoyed to the other side - eyes flicked up to the others "Ready?" after waiting a moment for confirmation, the beast began to boil the waters and as predicted sudden rippling and disturbed waters as it began to boil showed the gators moving in the predicted path.

Ivan didn’t know what to think of this. If he had to guess, the clan was probably.... outnumbered. Outmatched. The most they could do is scare them off. ”Ask..... Beck.” Beck wouldn’t have made this home otherwise right?
”No, bad... idea. Big. Twisting. Teeth....” He mumbled, sticking his arm out in front of one of the to keep them from jumping.

”Reptiles hide.... you die....”

Re: Purification - open/killing gators/cleaning swamp - Morgan - 05-17-2018

Morgan gasped at the sound of the polar bear's voice. It had not heard any word from the large male in quite some time, but it appreciated the extra help all the same. To the samoyed's surprise, it understood every word the bear said, besides "reptiles".

"Watch," it ordered, waiting for the first alligator to emerge from the pond into the bottleneck. Morgan took a sharp breath and stomped a paw down, a large spear of ice impaling the alligator's head as it did so. The swamp beast's movement halted immediately - it was dead in an instant. The dog took smoother breaths as a cushion of water formed around the alligator, rising up and throwing it in a random direction outside of the pond.

The samoyed hoped the results would speak for themselves to the bear. It moved the cushion back in a quick motion, letting the small pool of blood fall onto the ground while the rest of the water returned to the pond. It focused on the boiling pond once again as the next alligator was sure to arrive. Steam had begun to rise from the water; Morgan kept it contained in a thick cloud to the best of its ability.

”Wrong...” This didn’t feel right. It didn’t sit right with him. Zimavich shook his head. ”Culling...” The Polar Bear, moving his big self, tried to push Morgan away from the water.

”Wrong.”

Re: Purification - open/killing gators/cleaning swamp - ▷killian◁ - 05-17-2018

The canine rolled his cloudy eyes at the polar bear. He didn't think he'd met this particular member yet, if he'd seen him then he didn't remember, but he decided he already didn't like him much. What was so wrong about this? The gators were in their territory, in their water, the water that they needed, so they were getting rid of them. It didn't make sense to the demon for this to be 'wrong.'

He glanced briefly in Amunet's direction, thought for a split second about how friendly she and Fenris seemed to be, and then turned back to face the water. Killian moved around the polar bear and Morgan, "Get over it, big guy, we've already pissed 'em off!" and then stumbled a bit as he moved to jump and snap his jaws at the closest gator.

Re: Purification - open/killing gators/cleaning swamp - Morgan - 05-17-2018

Morgan was not particularly close to the water, so it allowed itself to be shoved as it continued to focus. Its concentration lied on the growing steam cloud above the water, which it kept in place for later. The samoyed responded to the polar bear's earlier statement, mumbling, "Beck... Beck made us kill and clean here." Asking the apparition would be pointless - after all, he was the one who gave the canine its task in the first place. It hoped its fellow Tangler would understand. It was not like the alligators would be wasted either; the dog planned to bring back their meat for food. They were hunting for resources, not killing for the sake of killing.

Killian seemed to have the right idea, attacking another gator through the bottleneck. With luck they would finish the rest of them off soon enough, as long as the others helped too.

Re: Purification - open/killing gators/cleaning swamp - IVAN Z. BRAGINSKY - 05-18-2018

Ivan’s teeth were bared at Killian in his remark, but calmed and turned to Morgan. ”Could have.... mentioned that.” Isn’t that what he asked in the first place?

The polar bear moved back. He didn’t plan on helping. It still just.... didn’t feel right. Couldn’t they just.... scare them away?

Zimavich gave a low rumble, discontent and moving to scratch himself absentmindly.

Re: Purification - open/killing gators/cleaning swamp - Morgan - 05-18-2018

Not yet knowing how to apologize, Morgan replied, "Yes." It nodded as the polar bear backed up, accepting the refusal without question. Something about the idea that what they were doing was wrong stuck with the samoyed, distracting it. It shivered with the odd feeling, some steam rising out of place.

Facing someone it was comfortable with - Fenrisulfr - the dog closed its eyes to open up its senses. It cleared its mind by thinking of the familiar beast, its concentration moving back toward keeping the steam together.
