the whole ‘being dead’ thing [joiners] - Stryker - 07-09-2019

[glow=#000,2,300]☣ —[/glow] So their first option was thrown out the window. Stryker and Ninazu were thrown aside when asking to stay within Tanglewood in exchange for their wisdom and slave labor. The information they preached would end the war against The Pitt for The Typhoon and Tanglewood, but it seemed as if they weren’t willing to listen. Once again, they’re were homeless and on the run. The only options for a new home were The Rosebloods and Elysium, one of two having changed their name during him imprisonment. Seeing that Elysium was full of pansies, their realistic choice was the cold blooded group.

On foot they traveled from The Pitt to Tanglewood and now to what was once The Rosebloods territory. Upon their arrival, a crude realization hit Stryker that they had moved territories, causing him to go mad. Tired and annoyed, he had enough. The two had to carry on though, so they continued on to The Roseblood’s new territory. What he expected was the opposite of what he wandered into. While The Rosebloods was once a desert, they now resided in a mountainous and cold terrain.

With Ninazu presumably following along, the lion strolled right past the border and a few meters into the territory. ”Oh thank the lord,” he moaned. That said, he collapsed onto the floor and proceeded to roll on his back with a frustrated groan. Tired and beaten down, he wasn’t going to be getting up anytime soon. They were going to have to move him away or do any initiation ceremonies with him lying down.

BURN
BRIGHT
The poor reception in Tanglewoods bothered Ninazu far more than she cared to admit; in such sorry states with so many enemies between the two of them, there hardly seemed any options left at all. The lioness scoffed at the idea of joining the Blackguard – when they were the Rosebloods, one of them had sacrificed her, after all – but they needed to try somewhere. At least the Blackguard didn’t have too many faces that would remember the violence the Pitt threw at them when Ninazu reigned. Even the fact they moved territories made her pleased, given the circumstances; no matter how much her wounds hurt and itched, it was a good sign.

Still thinking on these matters as the two of them came to the Blackguard’s border, the lioness sighed as Stryker dropped to a dead lump. Near-dead lump, she amended. Even with all the ground the two covered, their wounds were healing well – but if he rolled around in anything dirty, she’d need to change the bandages on him. And if the Blackguard were hostile… well, they didn’t have the supplies to do that. “Don’t let the snow melt on your bandages,” she cautioned him, fire-tip tail lashing. She’d already lost the bandages on the wounds lower than her shoulders, due to the snow and her fire’s pesky inclination to slide across her fur on its own whims.

Kliment always found themselves lurking near the borders seeing as he found out that people often found themselves walking onto his land while joining, it was very frustrating to say the least but it was beneficial for the group itself since it wasn't what he was hoping for at the time. They were low on numbers and Damianos had been killed not so long ago by somebody that wasn't within their ranks, his nostrils flared at the smell that found itself in his smelling range. He could smell Tanglewood on them very faintly but it was there, his ears flicked back wondering what they could possibly want from his group or himself. He walked over with the snow crunching underneath the weight of his paws only for his pseudo eyes to sweep across Stryker and Ninazu with slight interest even if it did disappear a moment later being replaced with a light frustration, his ears perked forward."STATE YOUR NAMES."  Came a deep rumble as his shadow towered over both big cats.
