HAZEY » o, joining - RAYGUN. - 04-28-2018 Re: HAZEY » o, joining - Margaery - 04-28-2018 [glow=GLOWCOLOR,2,300]▶ MARGAERY FOLIE - tags - THE ASCENDANTS - OBSERVER - SHE/HER- FELINE ◀[/glow]
Margaery, though usually naturally adept at keeping herself busy, had fallen almost quite literally into a massive hole of boredom. She had tried her hand at gardening but, under the harsh sun, had grown both hot and borderline burnt- a terrible mix of things to be when you possessed sensitive skin and eyes easily irritated by bright light. With that idea discredited, she had resorted to merely wandering, passing from shadow to shadow until she, by some ironic chance of fate, found herself at the field. Despite having lived within the Ascendants for some time now, she had never actually taken a chance to explore what the large expanse of dirt and grass had to offer. She could make an educated guess though. Regardless, she judged the stalks to be a bit taller than her and thus capable of sheltering her from the sun. She was not particularly fond of the idea of just entering the field but, presuming that nothing could go terribly wrong, did so anyways. She was pleased (and by pleased, she meant the opposite; there was nothing pleasing about this) to discover that there only appeared to be dirt and tall grasses half-flattened by the wind for as far as the eye could see. It was when she heard a voice that she halted, nearly losing her footing and crashing to the ground. Was... as something being said about aliens and the Illuminati? That didn't sound like anything her clanmates would want to discuss. Changing her course, she made quick work of finding the source, grey eyes falling upon the dachshund with little surprise. He seemed to be humming some sort of broken tune and Margaery couldn't help but press her ears to her skull. "What might you be doing? You are aware that this is the Ascendants territory, correct?" She had no time to offer him her honeyed charm and charismatic smile, she was tired, bored, and borderline distressed over recent discoveries pertaining to her daughters. That carefully crafted facade was simply too much for her right now. "What's your name?" Re: HAZEY » o, joining - calliope - 04-29-2018
She'd only been in the Ascendants for a few days now, and she couldn't say that she was exactly adjusting all that well. Obviously, it was her choice that she joined, but it didn't change how uncomfortable she felt nearly all the time. A major change in scenery, and not to mention, the new addition of living with a bunch of other people wasn't exactly a change she was used to. She was trying to change up her life. She couldn't get better if she spent her entire life hiding away from everyone. The serval took to wandering the territory on her own, though, as she didn't really know anyone. Some of it was her fault, considering she didn't make much of an effort to change that, but her nerves were really the one thing to blame. Her paws came to a stop, as she broke out into a small fit of coughs. She carried on like it was nothing after it ended. She'd been like this forever, with no other symptoms or struggles, so Mira hadn't worried much about it. Though, upon continuing her path, she noticed a complete stranger crawling around on his belly. Not to mention that he went from spouting nonsense to humming an off-key song, which she'd never even heard before. She decided to ignore what he was doing for the time being. Mira approached slowly and cautiously, giving a nervous glance towards her clanmate and the newcomer. Though, upon looking at the stranger, she noticed his shirt was covered with dirt, as well as other bits of stuff from the floor. "Ah, um- you're filthy! You should get that cleaned up, you know?" For once, her voice was actually clear; she wasn't mumbling or sounding nervous. If someone was doing something she thought was unhealthy, there was no way she was going to stand for it. Dirty clothes, while harmless at first, could always be a breeding ground for harmful bacteria, and they could even cause some infections. Not to mention that it was just unhygienic to constantly be wearing the same dirty clothes all the time. Still, she was embarrassed over the fact that she was practically scolding a complete stranger. She decided to keep her mouth shut after that, practically too ashamed to even apologize or to introduce herself. Re: HAZEY » o, joining - Luciferr - 04-29-2018 |
