[align=center][div style="width: 400px; text-align: justify; font-family: times new roman; font-size: 12px;"]A loud sigh of frustration could be heard coming from the end of the territory, a sudden sloshing noise and a faint fwap as a grey and red island fox flicked her front right paw to get a thick glob of mud off of it, only to put it back onto the ground, covering it completely once more, the thick muds of the marsh being inescapable for a creature of her size and stature. Coming into the trees, the female would look around for a moment, mouth agape as she let the scent of the surroundings wash over her, ears pricking and eyes widening slightly as she noticed that the place that she was now in was one of a group of some sort, the scent of many animals drowning her senses, enough to make her choke slightly at the sudden strength.

With a small cough to clear her throat, the female would soon take a step back to ensure that she was no longer tresspassing before sitting down, a flash of disgust going through her eyes as her back legs and tail were now completely covered in the mud and water that seemed to cover this land, before she got used to it and was able to be slightly more comfortable. Well, as comfortable as one could be when surely about to meet others that she didn't know. Whether or not they would be hostile with her determined her next steps, of course, and she hoped that they only lead to good things.

Amber lanterns gazed superciliously at the individual, scrutinizing her mannerisms in attempt to discern her character.

The glimmer of distaste that was exhibited when the fox sat her rump onto the quagmire’s floor. The uncertainty that dwelled within her motions. How unaccustomed she was to an alien environment. Taking the prior factors into account, deducing the stranger’s status as unthreatening was a particularly easy feat.

The hound then removed himself from the shrubbery, slinking deftly in the direction of the fox’s coordinates. Her size was merely itsy-bitsy in comparison to his hulking figure, obliging the guardsman to revolve his noggin downwards, just so he could catch a glimpse of her facial features. Still drawing his large head in a descending manner, Leroy parked himself a small ways away from the acacia-toned mammal. His throat secreted a soft exhale, one of mild amusement.

She did not belong here, and likely wouldn’t for a good period of time.

"What brings you here, then?" the gruff male ultimately asked, his voice’s tone painted both with colours of jesting and curiosity.

Moth’s wars would suddenly prick at the sound of something coming closer, eyes sweeping for a moment as she surveyed the area to find the one making the noise. Meeting the male’s gaze, she would look at him, noting his large size and keeping it in mind that, so far, he seemed to be on the nicer side. And she hoped it stayed that way for she was afraid that if things turned sour there would be no rescuing her from a horrible fate.

As the words tumbled out of his maw, the fox would take but a moment to process them, choosing her next words with care, trying her best to make sure they sounded correct. “I’m here to join your group.” She would speak, thinking for a moment before she spoke once more. “Of course if there’s room.” She knew that in some places they were far too overpopulated, and could not afford to have another mouth to feed. Though she did suppose with the new season on spring having already began, there would be more prey than there had been in the last two months or so.

another lonesome body on the border. mikolaj figured this must be a more common thing then. good to know their arrival would just blend into the others. another way of just pressing himself into the crowds and the background of everyone else's lives. just as he was now, lingering behind Leroy and assessing moth. he was curious at first on her inquiry about there being 'room' in tanglewood. from what he could recall the territory was rather large. actually, he couldn't think of any place that was overpopulated in the area. their neighborhood still had plenty of vacant homes...

then again, he was not here to experience their winter season. who knew why those homes were vacant anyway...

silent, the shepherd continued to watch and stand by.
