THE SECRETS YOU TELL ME | CHEM - | KILLUA ZOLDYCK | - 05-16-2019 [align=center] [shadow=darkblue,right]KILLUA[/shadow]
.
So far, everything in the world seemed to be somewhat peaceful. Killua knew that was rarely ever the case when it came to clans and other aspects about them. Most groups were incredibly savage and would resort to violence very quickly. Some could even consider him to be savage in regard to that he was willing to start a fight with almost anyone that he came across no matter how big they were compared to him. Despite being a child, he didn't have the best childhoods that were around, but so did no one else. This was a world of survival, and he lost count of how many children were just left on clan borders in hopes that their children were taken care of. Loved ones were killed in battle which leads to paths of revenge that just created a vicious cycle over and over again. It was one of the many reasons why his family was hated so much, as they were assigned most assassin jobs in the first place. The Zoldyck family were famous when it came to the area that they lived in, which was very very far away from here. Over the years that the Zoldyck family had existed, they had maintained a reputation for themselves, and there would always be other creatures that would try their luck against them as they believed that they weren't tough to be hiding behind the gates of their estates. He had never heard of any of his family members losing to anyone that requested a fight from them, hell, those creatures barely even got past the butlers that they had guard the estate for them, handpicking and training those that wanted a purpose in life, which would become putting their lives on the line to protect any member of the family. Killua had been somewhat spoiled in the environment that he was born in. Although, that didn't really matter all that much when he was tortured once he turned three months old. He was subjected to torture that no one should ever go through and he probably wouldn't subject anyone to those kinds of torture either. Luckily, he never really had to put that type of training to light, as he had never been captured by anyone from his knowledge. Due to having his memory erased, Killua didn't remember his time in another clan where he had managed to make friends and the time where his older brother had him captured by humans and experimented on. It was how he ended up losing his left molar, which in his current state of mind he had no idea of why the molar was missing and decided not to really think about that. Other than the torture training, he was basically given everything that he could ever want.
Great food, certain toys, etc. However, he wasn't really allowed outside of the mansion that they lived in as his parents said it was for his own protection until he was done with their training. After all, once he was released into the world, the rest of the area would realize that there was another Zoldyck in some shape or form. As he grew older, Killua realized that his parents had been lying to him, and almost everything he had been told was also a lie. This ended up with Killua growing outraged and lashing out at his parents, but it didn't cause him to immediately leave. He instead started sneaking out of the mansion to see what the world was hiding from him, as his parents had tried to keep him in the mindset that it was normal for a family to torture each other to make them stronger. He was able to spend a small portion of time to see how normal people acted compared to the rest of the family, and even began to have doubts about what his family wanted to become. The perfect assassin. They had led him down the path toward that title, but now Killua wasn't very sure he even wanted it. Once his mother and father realized that he was actually sneaking out, they made sure that his torture sessions were more severe as a form of punishment. Killua eventually came across the clans on a couple of the jobs that the had been given. Taking out two clan leaders while he was there and a couple of important higher positions too. He didn't remember the names of those that he killed, and he never treated it as if it was something personal. The longer he stayed in the clans, the quicker he realized how awful his family truly was and he began to stray further from the path of the assassin. His brother caught wind of him no longer taking any more contracts, and confronted him, in which Killua responded with he didn't want to be an assassin anymore. This prompted the tiger to physically break Killua and leave him out to bleed in the snow till Tama and a couple of other faces tried to help him before he ended up passing out from blood loss. Killua has traveled from many different clans and also had many different experiences with all of them. However, each clan he went from seemed to help him figure out what he wanted to be. He still didn't want to be an assassin anymore, but that didn't stop the urges he constantly had to fight back in order to achieve that goal. He also wasn't against violence, as he was quick to pick a fight with anyone that even remotely disrespected him thanks to his younger age. With the way clans and other tribes were, all it would take was a simple match to light a burning fire to get groups to attack one another. The only group that he heard had a habit of causing trouble was the Pitt. During his time as deputy of Snowbound, he was fairly certain they had little trouble with the group as they were fairly small in comparison to Snowbound. Did they even raid the group? Now that he thought about it, Snowbound had never raided anyone. They were too peaceful for that, and he didn't entirely agree with the decisions from Leigh and Jacob. Maybe that was why he hadn't been made leader, not like he wanted it anyway as it was far too much work for him. He had other matters to attend to than try and lead the likes of a clan where others were just skeptical of what he was capable of and considered him to be cold-hearted. The Typhoon didn't seem to be the group that was running around causing trouble. The wildcat was glad for that, as he wasn't sure if both Lucifer and Argus lived there, as he didn't exactly want to fight the two. If Guru was still alive though, he would flay the caracal the first chance he got for what she did to London. The albino serval walked through what seemed to be a regular forest with a mountain in the distance. His air elementals made it so that his scent was completely masked so no one could track him down by scent as he didn't smell like anything. The power also made it so that his movements made no noise unless he was interacting with something, the air cushioning each step that he did take. A bored look was spread across his face as there wasn't anything interesting that was happening in Elysium. He needed to get away from the territory so that he wouldn't be plagued with guilt for having left the clans when his brother found him and nearly crippled him. It was to save everyone from getting attacked by his brother, in which they would immediately die. The wildcat couldn't have that now, could he? He somewhat felt like he was back to square one, as he didn't know if the one friend he had managed to make was still alive. Stark was alive and living in Elysium, which Killua was grateful for, albeit the canine seemed to be dealing with his own issues so Killua didn't bother telling the male of his problems. Killua felt pressure increase around his neck and his chest slightly, and he stopped in his movements to look down at the albino snake that was wrapped across his throat. The species of the albino reptile was a black mamba, one that had been Killua's companion for a couple of months now after having found the snake trying to get into the territory of the clan that he lived in before Snowbound. Killua hadn't realized that his body language had gotten tense and that the temperature of the surrounding area had dropped a couple of degrees. The assassin let a sigh out of his maw, before offering the large snake a small grin from his jaws. "Sorry about that." Killua stated calmly, raising one of his paws to pet the top of the snakes head. From there, the assassin directed his attention toward a nearby tree. He might as well sit and wait to see if anything interesting happened. His pure white fur certainly didn't keep him camouflaged in any way in the forest. Killua sat himself down at the trunk of the tree, before raising one of his paws and conjuring a small box of chocolates. Thanks to having consumed poison for most of his life, the chocolates had little effect on his body. He sliced open the package with his metal claws, and impaled one of the pieces of chocolate with the weapons, throwing a piece into his mouth with is. A content hum rumbled in his chest, as for now he could relax and enjoy the flavor. However, he made sure to constantly be on alert, the albino serval's ears swiveling in every direction independently, listening for any movement that could be directed toward him. He also kept his enhanced senses on in a small radius around him so that no one could try to sneak up on him.
