She had asked of him and he said he would. So here he was. Here he was... Wondering why the hell he ever agreed to this.
Really. The jaguar wasn't a good host. Great in one on ones but he had never ever been the amiable social butterfly.
But he promised and a man is only as good as his word.
"Come party!" he called out half-heartedly. He had to admit the decorations the child threw together were pretty impressive.[sub][W]isker[/sub]

the decorations were not things that she found particularly admirable but she knew when to take praise. and so, she came at the call, a twig of blueberries caught between her teeth, the last touch to a decoration. that was her little thing, she loved blueberries, no rhyme or reason, but she seriously loved blueberries. maybe it had to do with her nickname at one time.
shaking her head, she deposited the branch in a bundle of twigs and stones, adjusting it till she felt it was right before trotting over with a sheepish smile and shy nod to kydobi, hiding behind him once more.

"I'm a man made for meat myself. Never ever had anything else besides it." he purred as he smelled the bittersweet juice on her may, "How about I take you hunting sometime? Maybe make it a weekly task to take down some unfortunate soul. Or prey. Same thing."[sub][W]isker[/sub]

a gentle giggle met his words, ram giving her friend a tidy smile despite the sticky juice in her fur, "hunting sounds pretty good! mama rarely ate meat when I was with mama.", she murmured softly, nose wrinkling at the memory before laughing and yawning. her sleep had been restless, disturbed by nightmares and voices that she didn't recognize.
