If there was one thing he had learned so far from being stuck in his dragon body was that he was a lot bigger than he thought. Earlier that day, he had picked out his hut, discovering that it was already furnished inside for the most part. There was just one problem, though- he had already broken some of the furniture. How, one may ask? While wandering around inside, he had tripped over a rug, bumping into a wall and landing on top of a small table. This set off a chain of events that led to a vase and a mirror shattering into a million pieces. While he was glad that these things were items that were replaceable, he wasn't happy about the mess he would have to clean up later. For now, though, he just wanted to get out and rest on the beach, as the flight here had been far from short.

As Mementomori walked along the beach, he was not hard to spot among the bright white sand with his pitch black scales. The male would make his way to less popular end of the shore, choosing to lay down under the minimal shade of a palm tree. A pair of seagulls were squabbling over a crab, cawing loudly and noisily flapping their wings. Now he knew why nobody chose to sit on this side of the beach.
