SPIDER DANCE // OOC Prompts 12/15 - CAESAR CIPHER. - 12-16-2018 THERE IS NO LIFE, THERE IS NO SPARK !
CAESAR CIPHER. MALE. THE PITT. DWELLER.
//OOC Prompt: As some of us know, Caesar has some dilemmas with his sister(Atbash). What drew the line between them or will they possibly mend in the future? Alternatively, what fuels his rage? IC Prompt: Just like Caesar lit up Snowbound's territory, he should light up the territory with whatever lights or suitable flame holders! It'll add to the holiday spirit. To say Caesar wasn't secret in his hatred for his sister - or his family in general, but nobody really knew of Vigenere (at least as far as he was aware of - was definitely an understatement. The demon often went out of his way to terrorize Atbash and purposely went after her every chance he got. Unfortunately for him, Caesar wasn't entirely sure where she disappeared to after he burnt Snowbound down. Doesn't mean he likely won't find out sooner or later. Caesar hoped that he actually killed her whenever he set their camp on fire, since she would want to save her clanmates before she saved herself. As for what drew the line between them? Well, this was Caesar we were talking about; his rage and aggressiveness was always over-the-top, and he was pretty dramatic. For him, what drew the line was that Atbash believed Vigenere over him. Before Caesar launched his attack on the King and his Court, Vigenere had met with his girlfriend - the Princess - and she told him that there was a way for him and his family to return to the Seventh Tier... except that Caesar wouldn't be included. It would have been everybody but him. Atbash believed Vigenere's words and no longer sided with Caesar and that's what drew the line between them. Atbash had always been by his side prior to their exilement, she was always there to talk to him whenever he was upset or down and then she just suddenly jumps at the chance to return to normal. What Caesar had planned would have been so much more - she could have been the Shaman's Apprentice like she wanted to be! But no, she just wanted to return to the Seventh Tier without him. Despite his hatred for her, there was some part in him that wanted to go back on all of this and act like nothing happened. Or rather, become close with Atbash once more. Atbash was a forgiving type, but Caesar had a feeling that she did have a breaking point and he wasn't sure if he reached that point yet. These thoughts, however, were something Caesar hated and the demon let out a growl at himself. She deserves what she got. He told himself, marching out of his den, ignoring a couple of NPCs who called out to him. The NPCs clearly didn't want to get set on fire, already knowing how the savannah was whenever he got into one of these fits. Caesar marched towards the jungle, forcing himself not to light himself on flames just yet. It was winter and his clanmates were preparing for Christmas, were they not? Although Caesar had absolutely no care for the holiday, he supposed it wouldn't hurt to at least try to have some fun with shit. The savannah picked up as much sticks as he could carry in his mouth, finding smaller ones that had fallen on the ground rather than trying to pull it off the damn tree. Once the demon made his way out of the jungle, he flicked his tail and slowly, his body burst into flames. While it did set the sticks in his mouth on fire, it also burned his fur and mouth, though he didn't really feel pain coming from it. Still ablaze, Caesar took off around the desert, placing the sticks down wherever he could. Of course, being in such a small body meant he didn't really have a lot of torches to carry, so after placing a few outside of camp, he went back towards camp and started placing them around the dens. Strangely enough, this was oddly satisfying and relaxing, distracting him from his thoughts and memories regarding his sister. |
