The moonlight shines onto the desert, as Bucky and his rescue patrol silently, yet diligently, made their way through. Sneaking through the Pitt's territory was the best to do at night- not only are most of them asleep, but they didn't have to deal with the harsh sun. The night felt cool and comfortable, but as soon as they reach their camp, Bucky knows that feeling in the air will change. They will be at the heart of their enemy, at risk of potentially being caught while trying to retrieve their members away from harm's way. If they get hurt in the process of retrieving Wendell and Fairylights, then so be it. It'll be worth it, as whatever wounds they'll receive now will never compare to the amount of trauma Fairylights and Wendell have been enduring here.

Once the patrol reached the camp, the Helion quickly smelled the air. Ears pricked with alert, he listened closely for any night owls. With his enhanced senses, the male picked out Fairylights and Wendell's scent in the mix of the Pittians. Their Sunhaven scents were faint, but that was just enough to stick them out of the crowd. Looking over his shoulder, he mouthed, "Found them, follow me." at his patrol. He began to move forward, not making a sound with his paws. He led his patrol towards the prisoner cells, their clanmates scents growing stronger as they get closer.

Not only was this a rescue mission, but it was a stealth mission too. His plans were to locate Fairylights and Wendell with his patrol, and bring them home without the Pitt's attention. Unfortunately, no matter how much they can prepare, not everything goes accordingly to plan.

August was scared out of his mind. Here he was venturing deep into the territory of the most dangerous clan in the land ( at least that’s what he had overheard), having hardly any experience in self-defense. However, he had agreed to be apart of the rescue mission solely just to free the prisoners from their cells. He cared about Fairylights enough to be brave and tag along.

The hearthkeeper, currently in his main wolf form, stealthily crept in the darkness, his amber eyes darting about for any signs of danger. He could only hope that they could slip in and slip out successfully without being caught.

Naive and unsuspecting, August continued to follow the rescue group into the depths of the prison. Of course he was on high alert, anxious and anticipating something bad to happen at any moment.

His amber hues widened instantaneously upon realization that he was sinking down, and he gritted his teeth. [glow=black,1,400]"Wh.. what’s happening?!"[/glow] Exclaimed August as he wriggled around and tried to free himself from whatever force was sucking him down into the floor.

Lucky did not feel immense loyalty to this place. That was to be expected, though — he had only ever been loyal to his family, the people who raised him and taught him everything he knew. The Pitt had yet to earn his unwavering loyalty, and he doubted that he would feel such a thing for a long time ( if ever ).

However, Lucky did not very much enjoy the idea of someone invading his space in the dead of night. For all he knew, this could be a surprise attack and ambush upon them, and Lucky did not want to take any chances.

The towering hellhound arrived swiftly by the other Pittians and bared pearly whites, his eyes glowing with ferocity. A powerful rumble emerged from his throat and he parted his jaws, revealing the rows of deadly canines ready to dig into tender flesh. He suddenly let out a snarl, locking his sights onto an opponent, and he leaped for [member=2398]YMIR[/member] , aiming to knock her onto the ground.

The moment his ears pricked up at paw steps, paw steps that did not belong to his patrol, the male let out a silent curse. God dammit, this had been going accordingly to plan! While Bucky knew that the chance of getting caught was still high, there was still a small feeling of dissatisfaction in his chest. As Ninazu's flames lit up the prison as it blazed towards him, the former assassin quickly leapt out of the way. He moved just in time, feeling the heat against his fur, thankful it didn't make contact with him.

When he landed on the ground, instead of lunging for Ninazu, the maine coon began to run forward. He, and his patrol, were here for a rescue mission, not a raid! They can try to stop as much as they'd like, but I refuse to leave empty-handed! He thought as he weaved his way through some Pittians npcs, his nose locked on his captured clanmates scents.
