[div style="width: 480px; height: auto; text-align: justify; font-family: verdana; font-size: 9pt; line-height: 13px;"]During the day he attempted to be a good boy because the Doc said so. Even if the other was younger than himself he wasn’t a medically inclined guy. Not by a long shot and so he had to listen because there was a small measure of fear in his chest that if he didn’t shape up at all then he could actually lose his metal leg and maybe more than that. Truly he was coping with the loss of his actual limb but being given a leg again was a gift. He couldn’t mess this up and so he tried his best not too do much during the day. But he was a restless sort of creature and he liked to roam and do things. What those things were was yet to be discovered but being stuck in the jungle temple was grating on his nerves as the hours passed. Not to be a prick or anything but what was there to do in here. At one point he had found a small little ball and it was squishy so he played with that for a little while. Though soon that got boring and not to mention he accidentally popped the damn thing. Drily he sighed as he watched through the paneless window as dusk fell as then morphed into twilight. Yep, that was it he wasn’t about to stay in here any longer. He needed to do something. ”I have to get the hell out of here.” Slowly he moved, jerking his metal leg up to use it even though pain spiked across his shoulder. His dual colored gaze looked around his rather sterile and boring room before he made his way toward the door. As quietly as he could he pushed it open and peered into the hallway before he crept out, dragging his metal leg across the ground for a moment before he got it to move properly as he heard the whirring and clicking of connections working. Huffing there was a determination in his gaze as he walked down the corridor and tried to find the exit to the temple. He had snuck out before and he could very well do it again. No, and yet, at the moment, he was the sole Necro Mamba, at least until his sister finished holding the tryouts. He...hoped there was someone to assume the position of soothsayer in Junji's place among those submitting lessons for review; he still felt that he didn't know nearly enough, and while he'd gleaned much from books, a mentor was able to answer questions quickly that he would have to search through texts for. Until then, though, it was just him in the temple- now with Chardonnay recovering, but he wasn't stupid. He hadn't met anyone yet who seemed like they would manage bed rest well, and Chardonnay was no exception, so Pip expected restlessness. He had fully intended to bring him books, and some puzzles to fiddle with, so it was with a small bag filled with those things when the young canine came down the corridor to see Chardonnay out of his room.
No surprise registered along Pip's expression- he was merely resigned. "There are many reasons you should be resting," he began, voice even, "and any one of them alone should give me the ability to lock your door." Pip inclined his head back to the doorway, a silent, pointed direction for Chardonnay to return. "I could show you pictures, maybe, but I hope that won't be necessary." [align=right][i]INFORMATION |
