What had taken her? She wasn't willing to say, but she was shaken up and stumbling out from the shadows only to be confronted with fire. It was laying waste to the territory, and melting away the snow that had once hurt her delicate pawpads. Now the fire hurt, and she cried out in misery. Abomy had left horror behind only to be confronted by true terror, and thinks to her poor on-the-moment thinking skills, she failed to notice the fire that was making its way towards her, and one of her front paws was promptly burned. The female let out a pained howl and stumbled backwards, clutching her paw and crying miserably.

This was a disaster. She should have just died along with the ghost of her friends.

The cabins had been easy kindling and still they burned on. The day felt so long. When would it end? Whoever had survived were long gone, but Magika stayed, if not to go down with his clan, then to be there and watch it burn to its very end. It only felt right. The bird had been watching from a safe distance, cheeks damp with tears long since shed. He hadn't even noticed Abomy until she cried out in pain. He was jolted from his thoughts, looking around until he located the sobbing girl. Heart twisting, he fluttered down from his perch on some rocks and hopped over to the other. "Hey- hey- it's alright. Let's get away from there and I can heal you up if you'd like?" he offered gently, giving the best smile he could, given the circumstances. The magician didn't have too much in regards to supplies, but something was better than nothing.
