Canalave City [♥] murder mystery - galexiux - 10-27-2018 Gwen would be lying if she said she was not having fun setting up this event. She got the best task ever!... she sure hoped she was doing it right. From what she had observed around the mansion, this "hawlowean" thing was about spirits and ghosts right? Lots of dead stuff? Well what better to play holowhen then with a murder! ... a fake one, of course. She was much too small and gentle to go through with a real murder. The little bird dipped her small paintbrush into the red jar, brushing the last stroke onto the wall. There! Blood splatters! Everything was in place. She carefully moved herself around the room, avoiding the various props she had strewn around the place. It had taken her forever to find everything she needed for her little scenario, but it ended up fine!! -- START READING HERE -- The door was left open and ajar. Dirt and dust covered the floor, close inspection showed footprints slowly making its way up to a table (how had Gwen gotten realistic looking mammal footprints, anyways? ... trade secret). The victim appeared to be reading a news paper, cutting out images and text articles for some sort of collage. A pair of bloody scissors were tossed not far from the table. Some sort of black fabric seemed to be left behind on the blades of the scissors. Slumped against the wall was the murder "victim". A small plush cat, a cut on its arm with stained red stuffing gushing out of its arm. The eyes had been taped over with small x's representing the doll's death. The doll also had three slash marks ripped through its chest, red stuffing seeping through the rips. They started off thin and thickened out towards the end, almost like claw marks. A bloody paw print was pressed onto the wall along with the doll's left paw. Gwen tilted her head, proud of her work. The crow hopped in a circle, flairing an arm to invite people into her scene. Okay! It's ready! she called out. She smiled brightly, her crest perking up. Be careful not to touch any of the evidence! It could destroy the whole case! //There IS a right answer to this! If you can create a scenario similar to what happened, I'll draw you a small pixel of your character! "SPEECH" |
