have your character experimented on by a crazed arcanist? - LUCIA - 10-26-2018
[align=center][div style="width: 540px; text-align: justify; font-family: helvetica; font-size: 9pt; line-height: 1.4;"]Lucia is researching into the nature of powers and magic via "stress testing". This involves kidnapping and taking victims and using as them test subjects, carving runes into their skin which allow them to tap into the arcane and then placing them under situations of extreme stress ( torture, life or death situations, emotional torment ) and seeing whether it allows them to unlock their "potential".
She is also interested in just how such powers manifest in people that haven't been stressed. This involves taking those who have powers and once again, placing them in dire situations and seeing how they react. Sometimes, she uses things that can counter/block certain powers to see if the arcane energy makes itself available in different forms.
So, if anyone wants their character to be experimented on;
- she is currently in the Typhoon due to feeling as if she owes them a debt for helping her, so she won't attack allies
- she will cause permanent harm via ritual scars
- if you want someone to unlock someone's powers, this might be a way to do it
- lucia will check up on her experiments if she can
