THE DEAD CAN'T SPEAK - open; sunhaven - rhosmari - 10-21-2018

Her body was sluggish, moving as if she had been dipped in tar and her feet were sludging through it. Black eyes shifted here and there, peering through that world of darkness as things encroached upon her but she just kept telling herself that they weren't there. Ghost, spirits, wraiths, soul suckers, they were not real. These things she kept seeing out of the corner of her eyes were just her imagination. But even as she told herself that she knew something was severely wrong with her and it was just getting worse as the days progressed. Whatever that thing did to her she had a feeling deep in her soul that it was killing her, twisting and corroding away at her very spirit till it was nothing and so easily plucked from her body. Black ooze dripped from her slightly parted mouth that carried in it a dead body, it slipped between teeth staining the fur of the corpse and also her own mouth and throat. It drained from her eyes, nostrils blackened with the stuff that easily dripped from her nose and ears as well. A tired rasp left her throat as she strained to keep her coughing to a minimum but she couldn't breathe, it was clogging. At one point she dizzily forgot where she had been headed, overly hot form turning and turning till her mind clicked once again before her haggard form began to move once again.

The woman had brought no one with her because what point would that prove. She just wanted to tell them, tell them what they were doing to them. Show them just this one body out of seven that had laid strew upon their lands and blood so much blood that they had spilled again. Her people were being massacred and it had to come to a stop. Bucky may have taken a child whom was returned but Sunhaven had never murdered any of them. And here she had lost nine, nine able bodied members already. Her head was lowered, wet sounding breathes escaping as she finally found the border and dropped the half eaten and torn up corpse of one of the sunbearers from the group that had been brutally killed. Her sickly and shaking form slowly sat down upon the ground before she laid down, a cough leaving her throat that caused black fluid to spill forth as she rested her head against the trunk of a nearby tree. Crossing the border was not her intention, eyes shifting over the landscape of hazed over darkness. Voices distorted but screaming in her head. Just get them the message and she could go home.

Re: THE DEAD CAN'T SPEAK - open; sunhaven - agathe. - 10-21-2018

[align=center][div style="width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 11px; color: black;"]Agathe did not care for the sick. For the weak. There were probably two, maybe three, exceptions to this rule and Marina was not one of them. No, the Sunhaven leader was only given a predatory stare, golden gaze as bright as two flames as she wrinkled her nose in disgust at the black bile around her mouth. The scent of blood tainted the air and for a moment, she felt that witchling lust rise within her, the need for battle and for death rising in her like an almost unstoppable force. She kept her cool only because she did not want to have to deal with two bodies instead of one, remaining the picture of calm collectiveness as she finally parted her lips to address their visitor.

"May I ask what your business is here?" Her inquiry was not pleasant but it wasn't unpleasant either. It merely existed in some stoic middle ground, an extension of her expression itself. She was not so hot headed and unintelligent to start spewing ridiculous statements at Marina and, by her dreadful appearance, figured that the leader wasn't in the mood for that either. As little as she pitied those affiliated by illness, she figured that she might as well do her one kindness. "I heard about the recent drama. Is this body collateral damage?" She continued, not all sounding accusatory but merely inquisitive. She didn't know much about what had transpired on the border, just that things had gone awry. No matter, Agathe supposed that all of her questions would be answered shortly.

He was out of shape. Ichigo wasn't really the one to admit to something like that either. He hadn't had to deal with a lot of running around in a very long time. He also hadn't predicted to deal with death basically the first day when he had arrived. It was a stark reminder that the majority of the clans didn't really change all that much when it came to conflicts with one another. The over-sized cougar didn't really have any intention of getting involved, but when lives were at risk? It didn't seem like he was given much of a choice, but he had always wanted to second side of the story. The wildcat had come across the corpses that had lined the territory of Sunhaven in shock and anger. The last time he had seen a corpse like that of sentient creatures was the corpse of his daughter that was taken away from him. Ichigo had nearly lost a portion of his sanity at that moment standing in the puddles of blood that had stained the earth. He should have been there to save them. That's what he had always told himself was that he was going to protect people. He was going to protect everyone. But that goal and motto had never really come true over the years that he had been alive. He didn't even know what the scent actually belonged to when he had arrived. It was slightly familiar, but he didn't know the name of the place either. He had been about to track down the scent when one of the members of Sunhaven had grabbed one of the corpses and went off on her own.

Ichigo didn't know what to think when he saw how corrupted her soul actually was and that she was basically dying from the inside out. The Shinigami had the knack when it came to anything spiritual, and with the strange fluid that had leaked out of her on the ground, he immediately knew that there was something wrong. He couldn't just let a random person go off in a random direction probably to die, as there had to be something that could at least be done to prevent their death. Ichigo had to deal with the scene at her absence, not even knowing the female's name or who she was to the clan either. That meant Ichigo was remotely left before as he tried to figure out the direction that the large canine had gone. This wasn't all that difficult as there was basically a trail, and to make sure that he caught up in time, Ichigo used his teleportation every couple of feet. His people didn't call it teleportation, but instead specifically called in Shunpo, but now wasn't the time for explanations. The swordsman was panting when he teleported at least 20ft away from where Marine and Agathe were standing. The Shinigami felt his paws land heavily on the ground, and when he appeared he realized that the place looked vaguely familiar. He wasn't the smartest and had a hard time remembering certain locations. It wasn't hard to hear the armor that spread across his body as it rattled as he trotted following the trail that was left behind. "I'm too old for this shit." Ichigo grumbled to himself before he came to a stop seeing the scene in front of him.

That was where the female went! Ichigo could hear the coughing from where he was now, and he came trotting up to the scene, obviously exhausted. He had been up for almost two days straight and his bi-colored eyes were filled with concern as he looked at Marine. "What are you doing here? You need to get back in your kind of condition. You don't need to be here." Ichigo said through clenched teeth, having a feeling that the larger animal would be stubborn when it came to coming back to where she obviously lived. It was at this moment that he realized they weren't alone, his head turning in Agathe's direction. He never got the female's name, but her aura was extremely familiar to him. The lights of her soul flickering in his eyes. "Oh. Its you again. Wait. The scents that were on these corpses is the same scent that's here..." Ichigo looked between the two females, the canine, and the snow leopard. Ichigo wasn't going to point fingers, but he himself had been upset about the seven corpses that were mangled and half eaten on the territory of where he was sheltering.

That didn't mean he was going to try and start something, the only reason he had followed was to try and bring the female that took a corpse back because she was obviously close to death. "Seven corpses were found. Seems like they have your scent on it." Ichigo stated the situation calmly before looking at the female that was probably going to be puking her guts out. If she passed out, there was no way he would be able to carry her. At the same time, he couldn't teleport all the way back to Sunhaven even. It was almost ironic that he still didn't know the name of the group that Agathe belonged to, or any of what was going on. A headache pulses on the side of his head as he stands only three feet away from Marina. "The hell is going on in these clans?" Ichigo muttered under his breath. He has never been thrown into a group that was stuck in the middle of a bloodshed. Everyone was on high alert and it seemed like there was something going on that he didn't know. He didn't even know that there was a war. All he knew was that there was a problem.

"Snowbound came and claimed the same thing. We have curphews set up, ma'am. If someone escaped from our observatory we would have known. We have to be framed right now." Onision meowed as he walked over, nodding his head in silent greeting before the smell of blood hit his nose. This made him flinch, his pupils narrowing, but he made no move to hurt the girl or body, merely tensing as he tried to relax. "Was there any fur left behind? Anything other than a scent? A scent can be replicated easily." Oni asked calmly, his single eye moving to Ichigo. He was sick of the fighting, he just wanted to move on from this.

Re: THE DEAD CAN'T SPEAK - open; sunhaven - MOONMADE - 10-22-2018

[size=9pt]Marina at the border wasn't exactly a sight that struck excitement in Moon's heart.

She was fucking insane. He's said it before and he'll say it again-- better live in a sewer under the command of a colony of disease-ridden rats then have Marina calling the shots. When she turned up at the Observatory and proceeded to beat the shit out of him, Moon had made several attempts at getting her to sit the fuck down and talk. She'd spilled some gargled mess that just barely passed as words and then got her freaky magic paws on his bloodstream and he still doesn't know what exactly she'd done, but what he did know was that it hurt like a bitch, and by the time she'd left, Har was gone with her.

So sue him for marching straight to the border as soon as he caught wind that she was paying them another visit, ready to hook a claw in one of gills and tear her something new. But he stopped short at what she had at her paws.

A bloody, mangled corpse. Drying blood stained the bits of its fur that was still viable and, from where he stood, Moon couldn't even tell what creature it was. Something had made ribbons out of its flesh, gnawed on the bones enough to leave indents. The exact same way al the other bodies had been left. There's that feeling again. The tightening of his throat, his heart picking up pace in his chest. He swallows on a dry throat and looks up to Marina. In that moment, all talk of Alliances and Enemies is forgotten. "What happened?"

/this is so rushed and its so late please forgive me thanks
