WE WILL FIGHT TO THE DEATH // RAID ON ASCENDANTS

The night breeze against his long, thick fur felt spectacular. If this had been any other night, Bucky would have planned to relax on his boat deck until he retired to bed. But instead of that, the maine coon was silently making his way to the entrance of the sea village. There wasn't a cloud in the night sky, stars shining brightly. As he made it to the entrance, he could hear an owl hooting in the territory, an ear flicking. "If you want to join in the ambush on the Ascendants, now is your chance!" The former assassin called out with a yowl, his tail lashing behind him as he eagerly waited for his clanmates to gather around. They've tried to be civil to the Ascendants, and the entire time it was like pulling teeth. There was no room left to be civil. "If you are staying behind, you are to guard the camp!"

There were two things wrong with the situation going on right now. Firstly, Gordon was much for raids and fighting others in general so there was no doubt that she wouldn't be going. She felt a bit guilty, if she was honest with herself; she was a Goldenblood, they were expected to fight and aid their clanmates in battle and protect them. But if she went, she'd likely end up getting captured or worse and that wasn't something she wanted to risk.

Secondly, The Ascendants was her former home. Gordon didn't want to believe that The Ascendants were doing the things they were currently doing and felt betrayed by her old clan. Bastilleprisoner especially; the tom was a bit rough at times but Gordon never would have thought he would approve of such things. The munchkin briefly considered about visiting The Ascendants herself in secret and confronting him but she was worried about being caught.

"Stay safe," Gordon frowned at Buckingham's words as she heard his announcement, not moving from where she sat. She definitely wasn't going and honestly wasn't sure if she could guard the camp properly, but at least she wasn't actively participating in the raid.
