mind conductor — p, amunet - Belladonna - 04-12-2018

[align=center][div style="width: 450px;; text-align: justify"][size=8pt]Belladonna, for the most part, seemed to be making friends. Slowly, very slowly, but surely. They weren't "I'll die for you" friendships, but that was how Belladonna liked it anyway - fickle friendships where she would slowly open up, slowly understand someone better. She didn't like to rush it, didn't like to rush anything.

She wished she could say the same for Happycamper, as their friendship was the laughing stock of Tanglewood, but Amunet was a far better friend - or what seemed like friendship. She didn't know the jaguaress as much as she'd like, but that could be because whenever she intended to approach her, there was the snake. Moses.

She had nothing against Moses, of course - but an enormous snake that could eat her wasn't something she could simply look past. She tried to, she really did, but there was just that little bit of anxiousness that took hold of her. But there was more pressing matters as of late - Amunet's grief.

It was surprising that Belladonna wasn't completely gutted over Vlad's death, considering she found him - but she hadn't gotten the chance to know him better. She wished she had. Either way, Belladonna invited Amunet over to just chat over some tea, and get to know each other better - and maybe she'd get the chance to see if Moses was as scary as she thought.

"Speech."

Her grief.

It was something that she didn't necessarily like bringing up with anyone, she just didn't feel like she was close enough to anyone in the clan to expose her own vulnerability. She was bitter about the whole ordeal and if she had wanted to gut anyone then it was not Belladonna but the sad excuse of a pirate that Amunet wanted to tear into with dragon talons and a scorpion tail. She was certain if it had been her own child then none of the pirates in the Typhoon wouldn't have been spared by her, she was just protective of what was close to her or what was rightfully hers. So when she got an invitation, she was a bit surprised since she had been trying to avoid everyone especially after the separation of Amun and herself although, it was proving to be difficult since Amun basically stepped into the sight range of everyone. She supposed that she couldn't blame him since he was "new" to all of this and he would have to get used to all the customs and rules of clan life which she had already done, she just hoped that it was easy to Amun as well. But, she wasn't going to be rude and not go. Belladonna was a good friend and pretty reasonable in comparison to anyone else in the place. The jaguaress went with her normal attire of golden jewelry and she debated over whether or not to bring along her python. "Are you going to play nice, Moses?" She murmured to him stretching out her rosette kissed arm toward the snake that slowly slithered from his perch and onto his arm and wrap around her body loosely. Who needed a feathered boa when you could have a real one? After Moses got comfortable, she made her way to Belladonna's home and would say once she arrived with a faint smile "Hello? I was invited by a lovely individual is she home?" Moses rested his head between Amu's shoulder blades waiting patiently, flickering his tongue in and out of his mouth.
