here, they are safe from the scorching heat of the desert they call home in. the endomorphic lamb has been let free by their master to wander around the fortress, cloven hooves clicking against cool stone as the two trot and plod along, aimlessly.

the collar hangs heavy around their neck; moribund's appearance unkept. scabs hidden beneath dark, curly fur now turned brittle. and two sets of molten eyes watching warily from hooded lashes.
