APOLOGIES — p, junji - MARCELLUS - 10-04-2018 This mental bond he shared with Luca was not easy on him, but it did have it's perks here and there. Marcellus was never used to sharing a half of his life with someone else and truth be told, it terrified him in a different type of way and made him feel like his thoughts were never safe. Though he didn't have many skeletons in the closet, he still enjoyed the sweet sense of having all your thoughts private but now he was an open book and nothing but. Luca he could imagine probably felt the same way as he could tell that the hellhound before was full of secrets and now to Marcel he was nothing short of an open book. Over the months his relationship with Luca had strengthened and he was now able to call him a friend and someone he would trust with his life. A bold statement, but a true one since quite literally his life would be in Luca's hands. One thing he never explored was Luca's partner, Junji, and while he had spent time with Junji and Luca here and there, a part of him wanted to get closer. His feelings for Junji he felt through Luca and while he knew that he couldn't deny that, there was something about the angel that drew him in. Whether to really he had feelings of his own for Junji was arguable, but to Luca there was definitely a small bit of something there, even if there were times where the hellhound got on his nerves.
Swiftly like a bullet cutting through the air, he shut down the thoughts and shook his head vigorously. "Don't think like that." He growled curtly under his breath as he tried to push aside all the thoughts into the void depths of his mind. Blocking out the voice in his head, he focused on the gentle sounds of the shore, his breathing nearly quiet as he stared out the window of his shack. The night was cold and brisk, his breath able to be seen in a small cloud of fog in front of him as the sun was no where to provide the warmth he wished for. He had no blankets as he was used to the sunny warm weather but as Autumn began to close in, he could feel the nights get colder but the mornings stay exactly the same. The cheetah's paws twitched under him and slowly he got up, moving from his bedroom and exiting quietly through the door of his shack. His paws slammed into the cold sand and he slowly trudged his way through, eyes furrowing into a glare as he looked around. Usually he was the one for night time walks due to how hard it was for him to fall asleep so it wasn't an uncommon thing to see the king cheetah out this late at night, even if it was freezing. Marcellus began to pick up the pace, limping along the shore. He was seeking someone out to trade him blankets in return for something else but not everyone had the tendency to have late night walks like him. His eyes ran around the shore until finally in the distance, a figure caught his eye and within a flash his pace quickened as he got closer and closer to the smaller figure. [b]"Hey! Wait!"[b] He called out to the figure, getting closer and closer to reveal light colored fur and large angel wings. / retro to body change Re: APOLOGIES — p, junji - JUNJI - 10-05-2018 [align=center][div style="width: 500px; padding: 10px; height: auto; overflow: auto;"][div style="width: 400px; padding: 0px; line-height: 14px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial;"]in all his time spent in the world, despite everything, he still was not accustomed to emotions. the feelings that overwhelmed him at times, gripped his heart, kept him still even in times of danger. they were difficult to deal with. he wasn't sure how his crewmates could do it; emotions were all so confusing, and things that were unnecessary and pointless according to his father. angels didn't need emotions. they just needed to function. luca was not something he had expected when he had come to the typhoon. he had not expected to fall in love, not in the slightest; in the beginning he had denied the feelings. love was a weight, an obstacle. he would not get far being in love, especially with a demon, and yet where was he now? every time the hellhound crossed junji's mind, he was overcome with love, warming him, making his heart swell in his chest. at times he could barely do little tasks like sort herbs without spacing out, his thoughts drifting to luca. recently marcel had begun to invade his thoughts as well, though for reasons aside from love for the male; he was curious about him, itching to learn more about the one who shared a bond with the boy he loved. as the year was drawing to an end, winter was growing ever near, cooling their days and dropping the pleasant nights to a slight chill. junji didn't mind it, he never had, though there was always something about cold nights that put him on edge, especially spent alone. a chill crept up his back as he wandered aimlessly along the beach, eyes focused more on the tide than where he was going. he felt almost as if he was being watched; when the voice of another shouting for him to wait echoed in the empty air of the night, the angel nearly jumped out of his skin. against his better judgement he halted, and only turned to look when the footsteps grew loud. junji almost jumped again when he saw marcellus practically bounding to him. "oh god," he breathed quietly, relaxing slightly. he shuffled his wings and looked at the cheetah with a weary smile. "hello marcel. what are you doing out so late?" the angel cooed, head tipping to the side. Re: APOLOGIES — p, junji - MARCELLUS - 10-07-2018 Instantly he recognized this figure as Junji and from the way he had reacted, he could tell Junji was shocked due to a big figure running fast at him. Quickly he slowed his pace down to a reasonable one, making his way to the small angel. Huffing, the cheetah caught his breath and sat beside the angel, amusement lacing his face as he watched Junji settle himself. "Hello, Junji. I was looking for blankets, or someone who could trade them." He responded in return to Junji's question, forcing his limp leg out from under himself as he looked out to the water. The moon had seemed to make the waves more unruly, causing Marcellus to take a few steps back from the shore before refocusing his attention on the angel. "You wouldn't happen to have any, would you?" He was in desperate need for blankets as the cold night went on, his body shivering slightly as the cold air as it surrounded them. His paws shuffled in the sand as he wasn't normally used to talking to Junji unless Luca was around, so he didn't really know what to say next to the angel. It wasn't that he wasn't a social person, more that he didn't want to make a bad impression on his friends boyfriend even if they had somewhat chatted before.
"Also, what are you doing out here? It's late and cold." Instant amusement as he spoke towards the angel, his eyes tracing over Junji slightly before bringing them back up to the angels face. There was something about Junji he had to admit, drew him in. Whether it was the fact that he was an angel or something else, he felt a pull towards the smaller feline. For a moment it seemed as if any ounce of being uncomfortable wasted away as he wondered through his own thoughts before he came back to reality. By the way he was thinking, Luca probably would be able to tell that he was in the presence of Junji right now. Quietly, Marcellus drew his tail to his paws as he concentrated on Junji. /museless sorry! Re: APOLOGIES — p, junji - MARCELLUS - 11-02-2018 bump |
