That he was a creature that killed others if he ate too much, that he couldn't live on actual meat like normal people could. He wasn't unique, he was a monster, built to cannibalize his own and suck the life out of them. This was only proof. The figure standing over him, looming over him, was proof of the fact that he was a monster. He deserved every little thing that this ghost- demon or whatever, was going to do to him. Would he possess him and have him leap from the roof of the Observatory? Would he make him swallow poison? Would he curse him? There wasn't much the ghost could do curse-wise, he was already cursed with immortality, thanks to his mothers' genetics. He was cursed to live way past Alexander's lifespan, way past his childrens, and way past his friends. Maybe if the ghost killed him, would that mean his soul would die as well? No- it didn't work like that, Oni. Why did he become suicidal in moments like these? He really needed to get some help. "You killed me.. Without thinking much of it. You're a monster.." Came the hauntingly cold voice of the fallen clanmate he had murdered, slaughtered. His first kill, the kill which had unlocked his werewolf genetics. His werewolf blood was supposed to have been destroyed, from what his mother Margaery told him, but now he was stuck with the mistakes of his ancestors. He was a mistake. "Get away. I didn't mean to!" Oni shrieked out, kicking out against the transparent chest of the canine which had been towering over his felidae body. He needed to get out of there, this wasn't safe. I had family. They have to live without me! A softer voice called out to him, making Oni's ears twitch in shock. Who was that? Was that him? "I.. I didn't know I was going to kill you.. I'm sorry.." Oni whined out, Aloysius yanking on his consciousness. Aloysius would solve this, he wasn't mortal, he could kill a ghost. He could exterminate the ghost. Soon, the form of Oni was replaced with a very vicious looking Aloysius, black-pitted eyes dripping with charcoal igor as black tar slipped from his jaws. "Αφήστε αυτό το μέρος! Begone, ghost!" Aloysius snarled in a deep, distorted voice. Greek tongue ripping a throaty gargle from him. This hadn't happened before. It was like the ghost seemed to fade as Aloysius shooed the spirit away with nasty, throaty snarls. The ghost had let out a snarl of retaliation, and Aloysius took a step closer. "LEAVE." Boomed his voice, and with a final violent lash of his paw, the ghost was whooshed away in a bout of mist, leaving Aloysius alone, tar dripping from his jaws, trying to compose himself. His breathing was heavy, he needed to calm down. Onision's emotions were so out of control that Aloysius himself couldn't control his rage. Re: DOG TEETH & vengeful ghost + rampage. - GABRIEL - 10-06-2018 [align=center][div style="width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-size: 9.4pt; line-height: 1.4;"]Everyone seemed to be losing their goddamn minds. Ghosts, apparently, were the reason for it, so he couldn't exactly blame them for losing their shit- Gabriel wasn't the most superstitious guy, but the spirits returning outside of the day reserved for it was...a little disturbing. There were a few things his mother had taught him, after all, and as a boy, he'd been terrified of malevolent spirits, until he grew a bit older and learned that the living were worse. So personally, if he were to see a ghost of one of the people he couldn't save, or one of the people he killed, or an old friend, he was more inclined to get the fuck out instead of interacting. Not that he could do much with his debilitating headache that nearly kept him in bed. If a ghost were to show up and threaten to kill him, Gabe honestly might even take them up on the offer just to escape the constant sharp, aching blare that wouldn't leave him be. It haunted him better than any phantom could, and he couldn't say why he continued to wander the territory when it did nothing for him, but it was better than confining himself to bed rest and shriveling away. He also had some kids to wrangle, apparently. Somewhat. Onision's business was complicated, and Gabriel honestly had no idea what the hell was with him half the time. Margaery and Suiteheart's absences were keenly felt. "You gonna take my head off, too? I might thank you for it," the hybrid said, the last part muttered. "Hey Oni, wasn't that... uh...." Should she say it? 'The guy you left half-eaten'? Probably not, as the small kitsune made her way over, pupiless eyes settling on the spot where a few wisps of whatever the ghost was made of was finally disappearing from, a hint of worry hidden deep within her eyes. So far, the only ghosts people seemed to have seen where anything but vengeful, and so Thea didn't worry much about the skeletons in her own closet coming out. But now, with this, sparked a new worry. Roy was here, and alive, sure, so she didn't have to worry about him, but what about anybody else she'd killed? Would they come back to remind her of her mistakes?
"You can get rid of ghosts?" She chose to settle on. Template by Quill |
