CLONES [o, joining] - Owlie - 04-10-2018 He gave a small hiss, sulfuric eyes tracking over the beach and looking for challenges. The Emperor had to consider carefully- last time, he had used the facade of an old man to hide his power. This body aged faster, yes, but it was his body and what he felt powerful in. Power. There was nothing more important than power. Only a fear to have nothing. No. Never show weakness. He recalled the forest he had explored once with his apprentice. It had been a teaching moment, the proof they were the apex predators. The Emperor stopped at the border, shutting his eyes briefly, and giving a chuckle. ”I know you are there.... apprentice.” He turned, looking over his shoulder at Anakin Skywalker’s Ghost. ”You thought I had perished.... You fool, I always had a backup plan... my Thousand Year Empire will begin again.” He gave that sneering laugh, that moved in the back of his throat. He stopped laughing as the ground rumbled under him, and lightning struck the ground. “I’m coming for your bloodline, apprentice. We will fight for all of eternity if we must.” The ghost looked at him scornfully, then moved, flying through the black leopard’s body and knocking him over, like a punch in the gut. He started laughing as the rain began to fall, dampening his robe. Old man it is. He would wait now, for the clan to come along. Re: CLONES [o, joining] - Amaranth - 04-12-2018 [align=center][div style="width: 450px;; text-align: justify"][size=8pt]Amaranth wasn't particularly fond of rain, as it made her fur all clammy, but if anything it helped her garden thrive - beggars couldn't be choosers after all. Stepping out from her hut on the beachside she used for taking care of the garden and for storage, she glanced out at the sea, as it slowly grew turbulent. And in that moment, she spotted the Emperor. And for a moment, she was scared. She padded out to greet him, however she was completely aware that, if this was an enemy of the clan, she'd be powerless without her fire elementals in that rain. "Hello?" she called out into the oncoming storm, "Can I help you?" "Speech," Re: CLONES [o, joining] - Luciferr - 04-15-2018 Hymn of Ruin LUCIFER GRIMM — MALE — TYPHOON — VERY DIFFICULT there was something to be said that the dragon instinctively distrusted anyone new until proven otherwise - perhaps his old paranoia was returning to him but then given his blood father, one could not blame him, if anything it would be wise after all who knew what body or poor fool dear old dad would show up in next. He eyed this one with narrowed red and silver gaze, but he stayed silent, simply standing just to the side and behind amaranth - the dragon for once in his much smaller but no less deadly hellion form, rivalling a horse in height - he worked his jaw slightly while they waited for an answer, the void scarred half of his face moving slightly at the motion. Re: CLONES [o, joining] - Owlie - 05-01-2018 The Emperor pulled himself up, but seemed to stumble, resting on his chin. "Yes, you can..." He called out, sulfuric eyes turning to them. "I seem to have gotten lost. I would like to get out of this rain storm now, dearie..." He moved to stand again, his robes soaking wet and glancing at the sky occasionally. Lightning struck the water, yards away. You missed, apprentice. I won't next time. Maybe his apprentice was giving him a warning? A threat? Ha! As if! His paws moved- they didn't. He looked down, noting that his apprentice had twisted the very sand and earth his stood in, locking his paws in place. The Emperor looked to them again, hunched over. "I seem to be stuck, friends..." Re: CLONES [o, joining] - coldblue - 05-01-2018 [align=center][div style="max-width: 600px; text-align: justify; font-family: arial; font-size: 10pt;"][color=black]"well that just sucks, doesn't it?" the voice belongs to none other than coldblue. piercing blue eyes glare beneath a furrowed brow at the strange leopard. the child stands at the heels of lucifer, luxurious marble white pelt clinging to his skin beneath the onslaught of rain, although he does not seem to be bothered by it. like most children, coldblue possesses the uncanny ability to find himself in places in which he should not be. he is far too young to be wandering so close to the border, but rules never really held much value in his eyes. he does what he pleases. it is clear from the savannah cat's expression that he does not like the stranger. his pupils are slits as he glares at the other male. "are you not going to tell us your name?" he asks in a sharp tone, lashing his tail behind him. something about the leopard gives blue a bad feeling. the usage of "dearie" does little to convince coldblue that the guy is trustworthy. he doesn't want this creepy guy moving into his home, but, in the end, the child is completely powerless to stop it. "you don't seem to be very safe around if the elements seem to be working against you." blue has noticed the unusual amount of lighting and the way the sand and earth seemed to have altered itself to lock the emperor in place. he isn't sure why it's happening, but he does not like it one bit. Re: CLONES [o, joining] - Owlie - 05-02-2018 ”Mm, yes, it does...” he agreed with the newcomer, tugging on the mud trapping his feet. ”Krataa. Kra-tah,” He introduces himself as, then sounds out the following name. ”No, no, I’m just having a very unlucky and off day... I am old, though. This could become my grave next.” He joked, shaking himself to try to get water out of his robe, but it only sunk him further in the mud and dirtied his robe.
