Solidarity and silence filled the village of Sunhaven as the large direwolf made her way across the boardwalk. This should have been done a while ago but there had been a lot of setbacks and then well a death. Her own to be exact and plans had become skewed which had caused others to be pushed back. But now the woman had been busy, shifting through the place and lighting candles here and there all over the village. The lights of homes had been cut off for this night because it was a somber time. A time for thinking and hoping, for things to get better and the souls of those whom had been lost to find a better path and to be able to rest. And even if they came back they would still be respectful of the life that they had lost. Moving quietly through the town the direwolf carried with her a small box in her jaws and she was headed to the pier. A strong northerly wind was blow and sweeping across the waters and she'd made sure to tell everyone of this night and the prepared plans. Her jaws slowly lowered and she put the box down, opening it up with a flick of her paw to find more candles and small paper boats. Her jaws moved and she grabbed a boat with a candle to attach to it before she settled herself on the edge of the pier. Her eyes seemed to glow ominously in the moon light, form rigid with her sadness as she took a deep breath in. She was sure others were already making their way out and she turned to look at all of them. "Everyone grab ya boats and candles. Tonight we are paying out respects to those we have lost, those that have fallen defendin our home. We hope that they are at peace and that the gods be watchin over them." Her head turned to look back to the dark waters before she lit her own candle and pushed the boat out into the waters where the wind carried it further and further away from them. It was so sad really to watch and she lifted a paw, shuddering chest as she thought of Persephone and the others that had become victims to the raptors not too long ago. "SPEECH"
